Had my car towed today and it was fast efficient and very clear what I told Mohammed what happened to my car.

Do not waste your money with these scammers!
I was promised my parts which I paid $5,200 for that I would get my parts in 2-4 days, at this point it’s going on 4 weeks and I still don’t have any parts just a whole lot of excuses about the courier companies messing them around but it doesn’t take 4 weeks for parts to come to Adelaide!
I asked for a full refund and I got more bullshit excuses about the accounts department not being in that day.
I have threatened them with consumer affairs getting involved and getting my bank involved too, and still nothing!
If you read other reviews it seems they do this to heaps of people so be warned and DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Unless you don’t mind getting ripped off.
If and when this gets sorted I will take down the review.

Bought an engine for my car. The guy on the desk showed me the pictures of a car that has 26k on it, I was happy and made the payment. They delivered it to the mechanic who swapped over for me. When I picked up my car, it turned out to be the different engine that has more than 116000kms on it, which was written on the plastic on top of the timing belt. When I went to check with my mechanic to see if that’s what those numbers are, he said that it’s the kms that the wreckers write on the engine so they know. I sent this picture to the guy who I dealt with, he made up an invoice saying it was an entry number not the actual kms. Although that entry number is nowhere on the invoice they handed over to me when I made the payment. Very disappointing
Congratulations! You’ve officially wasted everyone’s time with your inability to understand basic information. The number on the engine is an entry ID, not kilometers—something we’ve explained multiple times, but I guess reading comprehension wasn’t part of your skill set.
Blaming us for your lack of understanding is like blaming a mirror for your reflection. Next time, bring someone who can read, think, and listen—preferably all at once.

Absolute nightmare to deal with. Friendly enough on the phone, but don’t let it fool you. Empty promises and lies about what they’ve done or going to do. Only when I threatened with reporting them to consumer affairs and my bank, did they refund the money for the item I paid for, which they either lost or didn’t have in stock in the first place. Don’t use them unless you can pick up your items yourself .
HI Sam, its not us , its the Scammer advertising under own name, i have submitted over 500 complaints to Scam watch but it seems impossible to stop this scam. please remove your review and contact your Bank , some of other victims of this scam have received their funds back from their banks. and please i encourage you to lodge the complain.
