The inspector did a through check and marked all the damaged areas. Filed claim then worked with adjuster to complete the claim process. Working crew in general did a great work on the roof. On the ground they damaged some of my landscape plants but that is understandable and acceptable.

We recently had a full roof replacement done by Whitaker Roofing Company in Fortson, GA, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, communication was excellent. Cody, the owner, stayed in touch regularly and made the entire process smooth—especially when it came to working with our insurance company. He made sure all documentation was sent to our adjuster quickly and kept things moving without delays. At no point did I feel like they were trying to take advantage of us—instead, it really felt like they were looking out for our best interests after the storm damage. The installation itself was impressive. The crew showed up at 7 AM and had the entire roof replaced by 7 PM the same day. They worked efficiently and kept the job site very clean. They did a thorough job picking up nails—honestly, we only came across maybe two or three afterward, which is better than expected for a project like this. Overall, the professionalism, speed, and communication really stood out. I would recommend Whitaker Roofing Company in a heartbeat.

I have pleased dealing with Bennett and Larry, wery knowledge and responsible gentlemen. The communication was primarily over text messages and phone calls. The process of getting insurance approval was fairly easy due to huge assistance from these men. I had to prove the existing roof is not too old so I was not responsible for depreciation and claim money covered roof cost. And all that was done by them. The team has arrived early Friday morning and worked till the dask. They came back on Saturday morning to clean up and pick the dumpster trailer.

We had a leak in our ceiling following the storms that came through Atlanta several years ago. Whitaker Roofing came out and accessed the damage. When State Farm denied the claim, Whitaker was very helpful in preparing the documents necessary to file suit against State Farm. Whitaker Roofing always responded quickly and accommodated by schedule. I really enjoyed working with them and have used them since on other roofing projects.
