I called Ziam asking for help with a stain in my toilet. He came, took a look and was so honest about it. He said it would not come off in a day, he told us what product to buy and how to remove the stain. He did not charge us a penny for his time. His advice was completely accurate and my toilet is completely transformed now. This man has so much integrity and experience. Highly recommend.

I hired wow-services for an end of tenancy cleaning service. Trusting them to do the job properly, I did only did a quick check of the apartment before handing the keys back to the estate agent - this was my fault as I should have done a more detailed check. The inventory report from the estate agent highlighted multiple areas where the cleaning wasn't good enough or just hadn't been done at all. I contacted wow-services to see what they could do. They were not only unhelpful and refused to provide a viable solution, they were rude and insulting as well. Suggesting I was being somehow dishonest. I'm now having to pay another company to do the cleaning, leaving me over £500 out of pocket after paying for his service and now having to hire another company. I have never given a company a negative review before, times are hard and I'd never want to have a bad impact on someone's livelihood. However, I feel a duty to warn everyone else about this company. Instead of poking my eyes, you'll shape my eyebrows. It appears that even good professionals can encounter clients like you. A client whom hardly anyone else would want. You, besides being a basic liar, are quite audacious. The truth is completely different from what you have presented. You received a 10% discount by claiming that the apartment was not dirty. However, the truth turned out to be quite the opposite. After your thorough inspection the next day, we received the payment. You didn't consider our agreement to receive the payment on the same day. You inspected the place, and we received your payment, for which we have confirmation. Yesterday, 22 days after the service, beyond any guarantee, you contacted us again and sent us a report pointing out our shortcomings. The inventory took place 10 days after the cleaning. In 8 out of 10 noted places, they are related to the overall condition of the property. You made an effort to hold us responsible for the stains on the carpets, even though you haven't paid for or requested carpet cleaning. You want us to rectify the damage you caused to the kitchen's marble and the windows boards through cleaning, and when we told you that it's not cleanable, we appeared to be useless to you. You mentioned that the landlord wants to hire a company that charges you £300 for cleaning, but you previously mentioned £500. So, which amount is correct in the end? We felt extorted by you, threatening to write a negative review if we didn't refund you half of the money. We won't do that because we take pride in our work, as evident from the photos, and despite all the mess you left behind, you can't call us useless, as we clearly make a difference. In addition to all the trash you left, we even offered to return today to fix the "major" issues, and that's when you started extorting us. We didn't raise the price as someone of your kind might deserve, nor did we charge you extra for the eight bags of trash we disposed of. We didn't even mention that we spent nearly 8 hours cleaning your apartment because cleaning such a high-level mess takes time. You even asked us to change the light bulbs, but you rejected every offer we made to you. In our eyes, you remain a basic liar, and there is almost no truth in what you've written. You've read this report as the Devil would read the Bible. We are glad that everything is here because we will have the opportunity to show you publicly, your attitude towards us.
