I have been with Worldliness for over 15 years now. I have internet and phone service wit them. I’m very satisfied with their service for the price I am paying. Customer service always very friendly and very professional. Depending on the time you call sometimes it may be a long wait but most of the time it you can get through very fast. Having been a customer for over 15 years if I am still with them a proof enough that I am very satisfy with their service. I would recommend Worldline .
As someone said above…used to be I could work on iPad and even watch tv. For more than a year their service has not been good, even we upgraded, had Bell in multiple times. Well , now today, I was not able to work as signals intermittent and mostly intermittent. Then when you call they ask for a code which not able to retrieve as internet is bad. Then told to check modem yet again and download the app when internet is not working and then go look for my Apple ID which course, I do not save on computer, so no hacking. We were used to bad service at night…high peak hours…8 till 9 pm roughly, but now all day?! Please. This company used to be called TelNet which was super. Had it since I lived in Quebec 25 Years ago.loved it. Sadly, not the case anymore and I will not recommend either, even though while waiting for help they promise you $ for recommending. Really too bad.
Worldline is not an hornest company. They like to cheat and called it legacy

I just cancel with them after 10 years of on time payments. I just found out I have been over charged for a long time and they are happy to keep taking. I have been paying $130 for 250 speed when clearly 250 speed only cost $60. The reason they gave me was I was on the legacy plan and they do not see fit to send me and update of a cheaper plan. So for that I say they are shady company and if you have a plan with them please review it. They would not let you know of a cheaper plan. So now I am going with Bell, will be paying less for faster speed. Worldline, you should give your head a shake, for 10 years I been saying to people to go to worldline for cheaper internet. Now I be telling people to run away from worldline. Thanks for taking 15k and giving me subpar internet.

For 20 years I've been a customer because, in my experience, your customer service was second-to-none. Sadly, recent experience has made me realize that, as you've gotten bigger, your customer service has deteriorated significantly. The incompetence with what should have been a simple upgrade, but instead took HOURS of my time, is why I'm now looking for a new ISP
You guys are no help at all ! How do you have us paying for a service and you cannot fix it ! You guys are saying that bad weather conditions that happened on a Wednesday is still causing my internet to not work 5 days later ! Like do something about it !!!! You guys have so many bad reviews and still don’t want to fix up your service but want to charge your customers an arm and a leg for shit not to work ! Do better !
The agent who responded to my enquiry was very polite, patient, proficient ; she knew how to handle my situation efficiently . My problem was resolved very fast and smoothly . Thank you !

I had problems with my internet and it was taking care of the same day I called they called me twice to make sure I was happy no wonder I have been with them for more then 12 years thank you all for your services.

Lol...judging by the 1 star ratings, the hell this company causes isnt new. Like other reviews, I chose to pay double the price for yrs just to have a consistent bill. Paid $50 for Internet 30. Still wasnt good enough...WITHOUT notice my bill went up $5. Still like a fool I stayed. Nearly $60 for Internet 30/their site shows nearly half cost at $34 same pkg.
....Still wasnt good enough...WITHOUT notice Worldline sent me a 'new' modem. I didnt ask for a new modem; the one I had worked. Setup for the 'new' modem was a nightmare; WITHOUT notice they cut service to the old modem forcing me to setup the new one. And the new modem didnt work...not once. I was WITHOUT internet for 7 DAYS!!!!!!! ....7 DAYS! I was forced to work in-office and spent over $60 on Uber rides to commute.
Worldline boasts various depts, yet it seemed I spoke to the same 3 to 4 people each time. And the arrogance!...wow. Each time I called the way I was spoken to was if I was the cause of the situation.
On the 7th day WITHOUT internet, I stopped being stuck on stupid and switched providers. Within 1 day I had a tech at my place to setup my new service...Internet 300 for $45/month!!!! I have nvr shipped something so quick in my life; it was a pleasure to return Worldline's shitty equipement.
Even sweeter, I got my friend to cancel their Worldline acct too!
I dont care what apology email they post to this review; they can screw themselves. This review is for anyone thinking about joining Worldline....DONT DO IT....walk away find a different provider. If you're with Worldline now LEAVE...you can get better.

Just had a tech come out to give us faster internet. He came in extremely rude and when my bf tried to get his information and his licence plate the guy hit him with his car.
More importantly, I was not even the one who called in to order these parts or the tech and my information was given out to my bf (whom is not entitled to anything in my home or my information).
Please consider saving your money, your privacy and most importantly, your safety before deciding to use this service.
They are refusing to take any action towards the employee and have not offered anything for my 10 years of being a loyal customer on behalf of this ridiculous incident.
I'd prefer a professional call or email rather than an excuse on this thread.
