Had a tech support call with Liz today and in my 5 decades + of being around, this call had to be the best tech support call I have ever had. She called me promptly after being contacted by the landlord and helped reconfigure the modem. She was very patient and even called back immediately when we were disconnected. I was back online in less than 30 mins. Great and consistent service. 10+ year customer.
I recently switched from Voice Network for my land line phone due to a substantial price increase to Worldline digital phone service which is a substantially more cost effective. I must say I did experience some issues with the change over and when I contacted the company the first person was of no assistance at all which made me question my decision , so on Monday April 20/26 I reached out again and this time the young man I spoke with was extremely helpful and resolved the issue in a matter of minutes. I did have to reset the phone service due to a power outage but it was a quick and easy fix. Hopeful that the service will not disappoint in the future.
I have been with Worldliness for over 15 years now. I have internet and phone service wit them. I’m very satisfied with their service for the price I am paying. Customer service always very friendly and very professional. Depending on the time you call sometimes it may be a long wait but most of the time it you can get through very fast. Having been a customer for over 15 years if I am still with them a proof enough that I am very satisfy with their service. I would recommend Worldline .
As someone said above…used to be I could work on iPad and even watch tv. For more than a year their service has not been good, even we upgraded, had Bell in multiple times. Well , now today, I was not able to work as signals intermittent and mostly intermittent. Then when you call they ask for a code which not able to retrieve as internet is bad. Then told to check modem yet again and download the app when internet is not working and then go look for my Apple ID which course, I do not save on computer, so no hacking. We were used to bad service at night…high peak hours…8 till 9 pm roughly, but now all day?! Please. This company used to be called TelNet which was super. Had it since I lived in Quebec 25 Years ago.loved it. Sadly, not the case anymore and I will not recommend either, even though while waiting for help they promise you $ for recommending. Really too bad.
Worldline is not an hornest company. They like to cheat and called it legacy
Watch out for worldline, they do not provide updates, they do not care about customer satifaction, if you have a plan with them please check for cheaper pricing. I been hose by them. I just cancel with them after 10 years of on time payments. I just found out I have been over charged for a long time and they are happy to keep taking. I have been paying $130 for 250 speed when clearly 250 speed only cost $60. The reason they gave me was I was on the legacy plan and they do not see fit to send me and update of a cheaper plan. So for that I say they are shady company and if you have a plan with them please review it. They would not let you know of a cheaper plan. So now I am going with Bell, will be paying less for faster speed. Worldline, you should give your head a shake, for 10 years I been saying to people to go to worldline for cheaper internet. Now I be telling people to run away from worldline. Thanks for taking 15k and giving me subpar internet.

For 20 years I've been a customer because, in my experience, your customer service was second-to-none. Sadly, recent experience has made me realize that, as you've gotten bigger, your customer service has deteriorated significantly. The incompetence with what should have been a simple upgrade, but instead took HOURS of my time, is why I'm now looking for a new ISP
You guys are no help at all ! How do you have us paying for a service and you cannot fix it ! You guys are saying that bad weather conditions that happened on a Wednesday is still causing my internet to not work 5 days later ! Like do something about it !!!! You guys have so many bad reviews and still don’t want to fix up your service but want to charge your customers an arm and a leg for shit not to work ! Do better !
