5 hrs and 25 minutes to get xrays and stitches. Had to ask for discharge paperwork so we could go to orrville aultman. 10 minutes after we asked for the paperwork we had a doctor in the room. 10 minutes to do the stitches. So 5 hrs and 15 minutes of sitting there dealing with 2 rude nurses for 10 minutes worth of stitches. Go to Orrville Aultman if you can. They've always got us in quick and out quick.

Usually I always have excellent service at Wooster hospital this morning was the exception. Upon arriving at the new main entrance, the girl at the registration desk refuse to wait on me because I know her personally, she then proceeded to talk badly about me to another employee.
Personal reasons aside, you should not refuse service to someone just because you don't care for them.

Decent place but every single specialist in there calls out using the basic hospital phone number so if you miss a call you're screwed and there's no way of knowing who called you. The operator can't help so you get to miss out on an important appointment.

My experience with this hospital was horrible. Spent a few days twice this year 2026. If they spent as much time caring for the patient, then trying to win or get awards that make them look good would be a start. I will die at home before I would spend another night. No compassion, like a frat house, seems you get a new nurse every few hours that really doesn't know what is going on.

Hobbled into the ER with a plantar fasciitis. I got 1 Motrin and X-rays in 3 hours time. Never did find out the results of the X-rays because I left.
" New and improved and quicker results at the new emergency room.......I don't think so.
Granted ..in extreme emergencys Wooster Hospital is great. They have saved my life several times, but for simple things.......do better!!!!

Seemed like unnecessary distances to get around inside the hospital. Elevator too far away from entrance. Maybe because of newness of area and poor signage. Very clean inside.
I have been with Jenifer Villers for 3 years not only is she an amazing message therapist she is an amazing person when i am hypertensive she has me relaxed when i leave not only physically but mentally as well , Health point is blessed to have some one as amazing zs Jennifer

I had an 'Above and Beyond' check-in with Jessica for some imaging. She took the time to explain the Friends program and smiled through the process!

My husband and I could not have had a better experience here. I had my first baby here on 1/22/2026 and we were blown away by the service and care we received from the entire staff the entire time we were there, start to finish. Every person, every department, every interaction. I have never been so grateful, appreciative and pleased with a hospital. They all went above and beyond to reassure us, explain things to us and make our whole stay beautiful and full of love from start to finish. Thank you Women’s Pavilion for everything!

I would have given a decent review. The hospital uses companies that are in and out of network for my insurance. Why wouldn't they be stream lined so that you don't have to ask if your insurance covers a process that is recommended by them? I guess now you have to think clearly in an emergency room when you are not able to think clearly.
Update:
Billing department said that this has been an issue and they will be getting it corrected with the company causing the issue.

This place called children protective services because I was nursing my baby in the lying down position and they assumed I was co-sleeping 2-3 times.
Since I cannot prove I will not go to sleep at home, my poor baby girl was taken from me. Or rather, I was escorted out of the hospital taken from her
Devastated and broken. My baby is now on formula and she’s going on her Fourth month without me. She probably was so scared and alone, not used to that world without me. All the sounds that are unfamiliar and without my voice or my smell to help calm her all these months..
And then there is my mental health.
You can imagine what a toll would take on any individual. All I want is my baby in my arms. What they’ve done is unnatural. Do NOT deliver your baby here, please. 🙏🏻 you and your baby deserve better.
