My main complaints are: The pain doctor loaded me up with narcotics and then allowed me to go through withdrawal. I wanted to die. And No one listens! They already know the answers. I am sorry for the negative review, but beware. I will never go back.

Went to the ER for chest pain and difficulty breathing, & elevated heart rate. They eliminated any heart or lung issues and sent me out the door. The discharge papers they gave me say to call 911 if I have chest pain, difficulty breathing, or rapid heart beat...all the systems I STILL had when they sent me on my way. This ER is joke. They don't care if you are having a hard time breathing as long as you aren't having a heart attack.

I recently had an elective cosmetic surgery and met with a lot of different surgeons in our state to try and find a surgeon who excelled in their field and I could trust. Dr. Ghazoul made it an easy choice since her experience and expertise were quite evident the moment she came in to the clinic room. Through out the whole experience she was patient, kind and informative. She was able to answer all of my questions and provided a safe and informative space to work through all of the possible choices related to my procedure. My cosmetic procedure exceeded my expectations and I am very happy with the results and my choice in picking Dr. Gazoul. Everyone in the hospital was friendly, positive, professional and comforting. The Hospital itself is easy to get to and very accessible. When I arrived there was kind and friendly volunteers who offered to help as soon as I walked through the door. Reception staff was quick and efficient and made the whole process very easy. The anesthesia team which consisted of Dr. Kancherla and Jake was the best that I have ever had, and were extremely pleasant and reassuring. I also want to mention and thank the nurses who were amazing through out the process! Admitting: Amber & Jamie. Procedure Team: Ashley, Glenda & Victoria. Recovery Room: Dorinda and Post Procedure: Dani I hope that I didn’t miss anyone, since everyone I encountered was valued and appreciated.

I walked in yesterday at about 10 pm. I have an abscess in and on my nasal area. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a nurse, she is sometimes the “charge nurse” on nights. I said my nose is moving around, the redness. She replied, “your nose is moving around ur face?” I didn’t have time to reply to clarify what was going on and she then said “oh it’s probably just a sinus infection like we all have.” I said “no I do not have a sinus infection.” Her reply was “sounds like ya do to me.” The amount of entitlement and rudeness was un-called for. I deserved to be treated with dignity and kindness. Your facility even has signs up stating how patients should behave. Maybe make a sign to hang up asking your nurses to do the same. Totally un-called for. Rude.

I have been to the ER a few times here in Wooster and every single time it has been a bad experience. I would like to share what I have been through but I’m sorry the post is so long. First time, I had severe abdominal pain and after being at the ER for multiple hours, it was discovered that I had an issue that would need surgery. They gave me IV pain meds while there but then stated that since I was no longer in pain, I could go home and see the surgeon on Monday as they already have an appointment scheduled for me. I was confused on why I was being sent home because the reason I was no longer in pain was due to them giving me pain meds and not just the pain going away on its own. Of course, the moment the meds wore off I was in intense pain again and returned to the ER. My blood work showed that things were getting a lot worse and I was then admitted that night. I believe it was my liver enzymes that were now so out of wack, I had to wait a day on a clear liquid diet to see if my levels would drop to allow me to have surgery. Once I was able to have the surgery, I was sent home with my discharge papers and informed to see the surgeon in a week to get the surgical drains removed. The hospital stated they scheduled the appointment for me. After a week passed, I go to the surgeon and was told by the front desk that missed my appointment… by that they meant I missed the first appointment that was scheduled by the hospital where I was supposed to meet the surgeon to talk about scheduling the surgery. I had to inform them that I missed it because by that point I was already admitted into the hospital and saw the doctor in person. So, this meant the hospital never scheduled my follow up appointment to get the drains removed like the discharge papers said. Well the front desk person just says okay and tells me to have a seat as if I was the one causing an issue for them. They then had me sitting and waiting in their lobby for over an hour after I had surgery, I was so uncomfortable and positioned oddly because I was in so much pain. My legs fell asleep from waiting so long and when I went to stand after they called my name, I end falling. The front desk people and a few nurses had to help me up and into a wheelchair. They told me they thought I broke my ankle because of the loud snap they heard. The first thing the doctor said to me was “I won’t be able to fix your ankle, you need to go to the ER”. I didn’t even tell her to look at my ankle! I was already irritated by this entire experience and wanted out of there. I ended up going to the ER the next day because I couldn’t walk. I was told I had a severe sprain. Second time, I had surgery at a different hospital that was an hour away. I started to experience issues in the middle of the night and called my surgeon, she told me to go to my local ER. I went to the ER here in town letting them know that I thought something was wrong. They did some scans and could visibly see that I had a bowel obstruction due to internal bleeding from an issue with the surgery. They sent me home and did nothing for me. I was contacted by my surgeons assistant the next morning and I told them what happened. They asked me if I could come back to their hospital where I was admitted for 3+ days where they monitored me to determine if they needed to do exploratory surgery to see where I was bleeding from. Thankfully the obstruction passed and the bleeding eventually stopped on its own but I needed a blood transfusion due to the blood loss. Third time, I was feeling unwell so I go to the ER and everyone there just gave off the vibe that what I was experiencing didn’t seem that serious. They didn’t even hook me up to an IV. After waiting around, the doctor shows up. He seems confused too on why I’m there and says something along the lines of “if it will put your mind at ease we can do bloodwork”. The results indicated my kidneys were not functioning correctly at all. I was then admitted into the hospital for over 2weeks where they thought I was going to have to go on dialysis.

Wooster Hospital Staff are “RUDE,” and half the staff really need to be let go and replaced! If they can’t do their jobs accurately and according to their policies then maybe they should go stock shelves at Walmart frfr
