This place called children protective services because I was nursing my baby in the lying down position and they assumed I was co-sleeping 2-3 times. Since I cannot prove I will not go to sleep at home, my poor baby girl was taken from me. Or rather, I was escorted out of the hospital taken from her Devastated and broken. My baby is now on formula and she’s going on her Fourth month without me. She probably was so scared and alone, not used to that world without me. All the sounds that are unfamiliar and without my voice or my smell to help calm her all these months.. And then there is my mental health. You can imagine what a toll would take on any individual. All I want is my baby in my arms. What they’ve done is unnatural. Do NOT deliver your baby here, please. 🙏🏻 you and your baby deserve better.

I love my physical therapists here. They really do care about us patients and treat us like real humans. I have been to many physical therapists and this is by far the best place to go if your insurance is accepted here

I had to have some blood work drawn and I just want to say that Tara H. did an amazing job. Professional, attentive, I had to have several vials drawn and she did it quickly and painlessly. Absolutely awesome! Give her a raise and never let her go!

My 4 year old grandson was taken to the emergency room by squad. He was put in a room right away to only sit there for 1 1/2 hours with no one to come into the room, except for 1 person who said I will have to get 4 or 5 people to hold him down, and took a piece of gauze with her bare hands no gloves rubbed her finger across the gauze and held it up to his cut! After that his mother took him to Akron Children’s Hospital where he received 23 stitches and also they could see his skull and it did not take people to hold him down!! I personally use the hospital with no problems, but this is inexcusable!!!

I arrived at the hospital around 7:30 pm with symptoms presenting of a stroke. They were the same symptoms as the stroke I had in 2021. They immediately went to work inserting the IV and sent me down for the Cat Scan. Within no time I was admitted and in a room. Every three hours a nurse was in checking my vitals and walking me through a series of testing. They were in at regular intervals doing bloodwork looking for changes. The staff up there was as great as the ER. The next morning they had me scheduled for an MRI, Echocardiogram and more bloodwork. They could not have been any more attentive . The bed was so comfortable, the room and bathroom were spotless, the menu had a wide selection and was very good. All I can say is that there is no where else I would want to go when sick. Thank you all for being so kind and actually caring about my health. Bonnie Allison

My sister in law came in for chest pain and dizziness, they rulled out a heart attack and lung problems and said that bc it was not life thretaning there was nothing they could do. I thought ERs were to find the problem and tell us how to fix it not tell you it's not gonna kill you and to take some ibuprofen.....

Usually always rude at Wooster ER waiting room small and cramped. You will wait there for hours refuse to go here. Son had blood pouring out of his head from a deep cut. They told me to sit down and wait 45 minutes later I got up and went to a different ER got in staples in his head and left within 20 minutes 2024 my dad was in the Wooster ER Nine hours had CT scans bunch of test they told him to go to Akron. They would send his test over there got to Akron. They never sent. The test was no help. Akron had to redo all the test to find out. My dad had brain tumors died four months later. Part of my daughter‘s brain quit working 2021 took her to Wooster ER. They did some test so they didn’t know what was going on with her and sent her home. Had to go to different ERs to finally figure out that her brain quit working in a specific area Called an FND so I’m done with Wooster ER
