We had an excellent experience with Woody's Sudden Service this morning. Our AC stopped working, and with temperatures nearing 100°F, we needed help fast. We called them at 7:15 AM on a Sunday, and the technician, Curtis, was at our door by 8 AM. By 9 AM, our AC was up and running again. Curtis identified the issue as a blown capacitor and explained how it happens and how common it is. He didn’t just fix the problem; he gave us valuable tips and ideas for maintaining our system to keep it running smoothly for years to come. He took the time to run tests on the system, assuring us that it was running well overall. His thoroughness and personable nature made a stressful situation much easier to handle. The company overall was fantastic. The person who answered the phone was reassuring and thoughtful, and they were fully upfront about the costs. I greatly appreciated being able to speak to a real person when calling for an emergency visit. We had tried a different HVAC company first, which directed us to an "emergency" voicemail and never called us back. It was incredibly reassuring to reach a real person right away with Woody's. I would definitely recommend Woody's to others. They were prompt, fair, and the staff were friendly. Their excellent service and professionalism truly stood out.

I have been a happy customer for over 30 years. When it came time to replace my HVAC, furnace, and water heater, I did my diligence and got several quotes. Woody’s offered a superior product at a lower price. The install team of 5 was on site for 6 hours and then they were done. Everything was left neat, the team took care not to track dirt in from the outside yard, and we received a walkthrough of our new Lennox Smart Thermostat and system before the lead tech left. Finally, the office management took care of warranty registration, explained all of the rebate timelines, and will get us set up for our first service checkup this fall. From start to finish the entire Woody’s team was 5 stars.

Last week, my entire Lennox HVAC system was replaced by Woody's Sudden Service. The system install was flawless. The system is a pleasure to use. I love the ecobee wireless control from my phone. Gone are the days where I had to get up to change the heat or cool setting. It's all done from my phone. The technicians, Adam and (forgive me...I can't remember his name) were absolute professionals. Clean and neat is an understatement. They knew exactly what to do with this complex installation. I highly recommend Woody's Sudden Service.

Knowledgeable, on time, thorough. Refreshing to find HVAC techs who aren’t pushing high priced contracts and unnecessary “repairs.” Adam had the skills and comfort with the equipment that made us trust his work.

I have been using Woody's for several years for my HVAC seasonal maintenance and have been very pleased with the service. The thing I really like about the company is they always give an honest assessment of the condition of your system. They don't high pressure you with misleading information to try to get you to do expensive maintenance you don't need unlike other company's I have had. Early this month my 21 year old HVAC system died and fixing it was financially out of the question. I wanted a high efficiency system replacement. Woody's proposed a high efficient Heat Pump that that would both heat and cool the house, along with a high efficient gas furnace backup for the very coldest days (10 degrees). The system components are eligible for an IRA tax credit. Rebecca, the office manager, quickly ordered the parts and scheduled the install. Steve and his team came early on the install day and completed the work by mid afternoon. The team was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They explained how the system worked and answered all my questions. I was exceptionally pleased with neatness and cleanness of the wiring and assembly of all the system components both inside and outside the house. Woody's team really hit the ball out of the park for me.

After interviewing 5 vendors, I purchased a Lenox Furnace, Heat Pump, Thermostat, a Mitsubishi Mini split, and a Bradford White Water Heater from Woody's Sudden Service, WSS. They came out on top because they had a great Checkbook rating and reviews, and they are a Lenox Premier provider. Also, the staff was exceptionally polite, very prompt in returning calls, and helped to create an educated consumer. I must call out 3 people - Adam, Steve, and Rebecca. Adam was fantastic! I am very analytical and wanted to understand the pros and cons of the various products. Adam has an incredible knowledge base and was able to compare and contrast every aspect of the various products with such patience that I was able to make an educated decision. Steve and the rest of the crew were polite. They kept me informed all through the installation process. They were concerned that I would be happy with the product and the company. Kudos! Rebecca, the Office Manager, was always cheerful, pleasant, and very well organized. After the installation was complete, I received a very thorough email explaining what was next - from inspections to warranties She answered questions I didn't even know to ask! I will definitly order my second HVAC system from Woody's Sudden Service. I feel extremely comfortable with the products and the company. They insured I was happy with all aspects of the process from sales to installation. This is rare. I highly recommend Woodys.

These guys are great. On time, polite, and thorough. They will not cheat you and tell you need anything you don’t. They explain everything they are doing and don’t mind if you watch. A really good service. And their schedule coordinator is as nice as can be. They are 100% worth getting.

Woody’s is reliable and a friendly service. I find them to be super over priced for their service and whereas most companies wave a service call fee if you use them to fix your issue Woody’s tacks it on still. They also have coupons on their website our service man never mentioned which would have been nice and helpful if applied. If you want great service and a friendly company and don’t mind paying a lot I would recommend them.

The staff is every professional and knowledgeable. We replace our whole system and water heater, it has been working great and saving us money on our bills.

They're the best in the business, as far as I'm concerned. They installed my new furnace in 2010 and have maintained it annually ever since. They are very knowledgeable, responsive, and on time. 5 stars! 2024 - I'm reposting the same recommendation because nothing has changed! Same great service , same great price.

Had an issue with my heat recently and and these guys took care of it promptly. Curtis was very polite and professional during the initial diagnosis and repair. I highly recommend this team!

Woody's installed my new HVAC system at the end of October and did a fantastic job. Alan, who worked with us throughout, was very helpful in finding the right system that fit our needs. He was very responsive with questions during our selection process and found a great deal on a high-end system. Afterwards, our new HVAC system is fantastic, and we are very happy with the service!

Excellent service from start to finish. Love the small family oriented customer service provided. Our tech Adam was timely and took his time throughly diagnosing the issue and explaining the problem so I understood. Definitely was fair in pricing as well. Will definitely use again and refer others.

Woody's Sudden Service is a great company from Becca, the Office manager, to all the techs that I have dealt with over the years, they are always on time , very considerate, and knowledgeable.
