Having bought 6 perfect fit blinds and loved them we decided to order 18 more blinds, before we ordered we emailed to ask for any discount we received and email giving us 15% off sadly when the order went in it only had 10% having contacted by phone and email and told they would sort it out we have now receive an email quoting T&C saying they made a mistake and can only do10% they won’t refund and are not not helpful. Had they only offered 10% in the first place it would be a 5 star review. But poor customer service will stop and recommendation from us.

While the quality of the blind was good, their order processing was not.
Ordered a blind and selected their next day dispatch option and received confirmation of my order stating I would receive an email when it was dispatched. After not hearing anything for three days I contacted their customer services and was advised the order had gone through to their operations department without the next day dispatch information in error. As it was an electronic order I don't know how this could happen. I had to chase them a second time as they did not update me as promised. The order was not dispatched until ten days after my order and not received until two weeks after ordering. Not good when I selected next day dispatch and therefore I would not order from them again.

Having looked back at my order confirmation, the next day dispatch is not quoted and it shows standard shipping, still don't know why as I did select it at checkout. However, in view of this I have increased the review to 4 stars from 3. I still wouldn't reorder as I have not had problems with any other companies I have ordered blinds from.

My order was place on Thursday and I paid the additional fee for Next Day Dispatch. My order arrived via DPD on Monday morning. I would have liked a little more communication as to the expected delivery date from 'Blinds by Post' (Wooden Blinds) or DPD, but none the less the Perfect Fit Wooden Venetian Blinds once fitted look fantastic.
The Blinds arrived well packaged and were easy to fit together, although it would have been a little easier if each individual bind had been paired with its matching side-bars in the box with a factory label.
I'd be happy to recommend Blinds by Post and would look to use them again in the future if needed.

Very nice blind, delivery took a bit longer than promised and screws I added to the order arrived a week later (too late as I had already fitted the blind). Also the pelmet was slightly too long so had to trim it.

Incorrect items was sent to me, was told I wouldn't be refunded the cost of the delivery and the cost to return the items even though it was wooden blinds fault. Wouldn't look to use again and would advise anyone to think twice if this is the way the company operates with issues which they're at fault for. Zero accountability.

I chose Perfect fit blinds for the bay windows in my lounge because I wanted to create the illusion of more space. You do all the measuring yourself and send in the order online. From my experience it is important to also measure the clearance that they suggest and that the window handles have enough clearance so that they don't interfere with the frame when opening the window. Ordering the frame sample and required bracket is definitely worth it. There are window handle spacers available on Amazon and eBay. One of the blinds I ordered was always sticking when I opened it and they had that replaced as soon as they knew what the problem was. I can't complain about wooden blinds.co.uk and would recommend them to anybody looking for Perfect fit blinds.

Extremely Disappointed – Still Waiting for My Order
I normally don’t leave reviews, but since The Wooden Blind Company asked for one, here it is. I placed an order and have yet to receive the goods. What’s worse is the complete lack of customer service – no updates, no returned calls, and no resolution as of today despite my many calls. It's incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark like this, especially after paying for a product I haven't received.
I expected better communication and basic professionalism. Sadly, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
