I ordered over £1000 worth of blinds for my bungalow. After making payment, I was informed the (25mm) tapes were not in stock and I could either choose a different colour tape, or different width of tape, or wait for the tapes ordered to be back in stock. I needed the blinds asap, so I chose a wider (38mm) tape. When they arrived and installed, I was thrilled with the quality and design. However, I quickly realised I had mis-measured 3 of the 11 blinds ordered. Fortunately, I had taken the 'Measuresafe' insurance (exactly for this purpose) and after contacting Wooden Blinds I was told to return the 3 wrong size blinds, at my own expense and they would be replaced with exactly the same blinds, but in the new sizes. I specified to the sales agent (who dealt with the 'Measuresafe' return throughout, that I needed the replacement blinds to have the same (38mm) tapes, and she confirmed this in an email and on my 'Measuresafe' order/ receipt. However, when the replacement blinds arrived they had (25mm) tapes on them and obviously do not match with the original blinds with (38mm) tapes. I immediately emailed Wooden Blinds explaining the replacement blinds are no good as they do not match and I have been totally ignored since. I have also phoned the Customer service phone number and after an initial recorded message, they hang up with no option to leave a message. I am so disappointed in this Company, who I would have given a blinding review, if their oversight had been dealt with as it should have been.

Really pleased with my perfect fit blinds to fit my patio doors. Chose the real wood, "American oak" and couldn't be happier with them. The colour is lovely and matches existing blinds in my kitchen well, they are excellent quality and fit perfectly. Easy to operate and have made such a difference in my kitchen. Would highly recommend, many thanks 🌟

Looked for blinds for a while as I wasn't sure what style and colour I should go with. I search numerous companies but chose wooden blinds as price was reasonable and a local company . Never had a dark blind before but glad I took the leap and did it plus still plenty of light through the day . Looks amazing . Will definitely be ordering again .

I ordered my items Sunday night and i realised i chosen the wrong colour, I tried phoning them, no answer, tried live chat no respond so i emailed them to cancel the order or corrected, called them Monday morning exactly at 9am and explained whats happened but in a very rude and disrespectful manor told me they can change the order, i asked if i can cancel they said no you have to have your wrong order and you have no right to cancel, I can not believe i forced to have the wrong colour blinds and i have no right to cancel nor to change colour my ordered, awful experience,

The quality of the blinds are really good but the website needs work as payed £8.99 for what I thought was next day delivery but when I rang up to see were they were after 3 days they told me it was just a up date for the which they didn't do but others then that I am getting some more
