Terrible DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Ordered 3 made to measure blinds advertised on their website as “next day dispatch”. After paying was I informed they were out of stock. The blinds never arrived, customer service wouldn’t give me a straight answer and I still haven’t got a refund.

excellent quality - and perfect fit as per the name - there were other companies i looked at first - but none of them did the wooden blinds that i wanted - they all offered aluminum as only option for my narrow french doors - so was delighted but skeptical when ordering - and wasn't disappointed when they came right on time as well!)

Fantastic experience from start to finish 👏. Easy to order, clear measuring instructions, great communication via emails, arrived when they should have and easy to install. Even spoke to a person in customer services who then called me back. There are a lot of other providers who could learn a lot from this company. If I had more windows I'd have all my blinds from them. Great Service WELL DONE

Quite misleading with the 24hr dispatch you see on their website. It still took 4 days for blinds to arrive. I had to call a few times as well as send emails just to get updates on delivery of blinds. Honestly, not a good experience for me.

Amazing!!! Ordered 4 sets of blinds on Saturday 07/03/26 and was delivered on Tuesday 10/03/26. Good quality blinds for almost half of the price other companies charge.

Affordable quality and great service The staff were incredibly friendly, and the blinds exceeded my expectations! I opted for the no-drill Stickfit blinds and real wood Venetians, and both were stunning and so reasonably priced compared to others I looked at. Being able to order free samples beforehand was such a helpful touch—it made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Fast delivery - ordered the Venetian StickFit blinds on Wednesday received them on Monday. Perfect fit and simple installation for aluminium doors/windows. The adhesive is very strong so you need to make sure you do it right the 1st time as there is not much room for adjustments once they're sticked. Very happy with the final result.

Would use this company again had a small problem with the carrier which was sorted very professionally by the lady at wooden blinds after one email to her she sorted it straight away and refunded the carrier fee, the blinds are ok to put together not the easiest but it's like everything once you know what you are doing it's easy, the quality is good and they look great on my French doors, price I would say is fair in today's market.
