I am pleased to recommend Woodeez Tree Service for their exceptional tree care services. I recently hired them to take down a stand of trees on the edge of our property and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the moment I contacted them, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. Jeffery W took the time to assess my needs and provide a clear, detailed estimate and timeline for work to begin. Nick and Jeb were punctual, and worked diligently throughout the day. The tree removal job was complicated because the trees were quite large and had grown around and through power lines. Jeb and Nick completed the work carefully and safely, with a strong emphasis on protecting my property and surrounding landscape. Special thanks to Taylor, Mike and JR who came in the afternoon to assist them with the final cleanup. They left our yard clean and tidy. I was particularly impressed by the two teams willingness to help each other get the job done and the overall great customer service. If you’re looking for a reliable and skilled tree service, I highly recommend Woodeez Tree Service. They truly go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

Woodeez tree service did an Excellent job! It was a huge tree. They took down and very difficult. They worked diligently and were very pleasant and kind about what they were doing. You could tell they were safe and professional, working very carefully yet consistently. The cleanup was fabulous, I would highly recommend them to anyone needing tree removal services.

We can not rave enough about Woodeez. Jeff went way above and beyond to expedite our tree removal at an extremely fair price. (Jeff's urgency and concern subsequently saved us from what would have likely been a hefty insurance claim, too.) Woodeez is a refreshing reminder that there are still honest, professional, and highly-skilled businesses out there. We will continue to use them for our tree maintenance needs.

Very fair pricing, great communication with Jeff for estimating. When the trucks and “tree guys” showed up, all were very respectful, of me and my property, and I felt comfortable that we understood the plan. The work was done with great care and safety, the clean up was constant and meticulous. I hope that these Woodeez employees know that they did a wonderful job, and can be proud. Liars. This company is a joke. Gave 0 heads up that they intended to use our neighbor's property to get to our backyard, then lied that they spoke to the neighbor before using their property. I talked to the neighbor... They never asked permission. Then the story changes, that they never spoke to her, but 'Saw her watch them work, so it's okay'.. So we've gone from lying, to braindead. Also, used us having a coupon *prior* to the job as leverage to do as little for us as possible for all of the trouble. Massive headache playing damage control on their behalf, wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I don't have enough good things to say about Woodeez. The office staff, estimator, and crew were all incredibly easy to work with; they were timely, professional, and courteous. The crew that worked at my house were experts in their craft, and used modern tools and equipment to complete the job safely. They were also MUCH more affordable than other tree services in the area. I would recommend Woodeez to anybody in the Rochester area looking for tree work. They will certainly be my first call for any future tree work. Thank you Woodeez!
