I rented through Wise Cars for pickup in Orlando. When told the rental was contracted to Routes Car Rental, we were skeptical. I paid in CDN at almost double the US value that Routes accepted. The rest of my problems were with Routes. However, I found that Wise Cars was well out of touch with the rates of the contracted agencies. All I can recommend is when you rent, make sure they actually have a location at that city.
