Five stars doesn't do this business credit. First off I called three companies for quotes and still haven't heard back from the other two. I didn't worry as Hagemeister Hauling did the job. Very professional team reasonable prices, they provided a complete walk through of the job and allow the owner to make changes to save money here and there. They came for quote on time and did the job in the time frame provided. They helped me out with the permits to make it easier and the crew doesn't leave the site until you inspect it and you're satisfied! It's nice to see people take pride in their business as they do. Do not waste your time or money with anyone else.

Scheduled a day and time frame this past May Long weekend with Ryan via txt to get stuff picked up at my Grandmas. Gave a heads up of my situation of being 8 months pregnant (of course cannot lift anything myself) and no elevator. “Crew” never showed up… Had a feeling they weren’t going to show up due to heavy rain and I guess with it being a long weekend, but still a call or txt would’ve been professional if company wasn’t going to make it instead of wasting my time and energy! Lack of communication, no customer service and overall made me wait — and I’m alone left to deal with the junk still. Will be looking around…

Ryan had personally reached out to me a few times and the situation was very understandable. Things in life happens.
I gave them another chance to reschedule for another day and crew came in on time of date of schedule! Thank you Ryan and team for getting things out quickly!

I’m very sorry Virgina for not coming thru for you and wasting your time this weekend. We were indeed working this long weekend in the rain but your booking never made it in our schedule and that’s my fault.
An hour before we finalized your booking via text one of our trucks was in an accident where a pickup truck drove/merged into the side of our truck. The incident was very scary for our driver and myself. Thankfully other than vehicle damage everyone is safe.
As a small business owner I hold many roles so instead of my normal routine in the office I was roadside helping our driver all while booking jobs, taking calls and managing a staff on one of the busiest days of our year….and I screwed up and didn’t put your booking in our schedule for the following day…. for that I apologize that’s my fault.
As I saw your review I tried to call you and see if we could rebook as soon as Tuesday or another date once the crew is back at work, but I understand if you’re not wanting to use our services. I’m truly sorry for wasting your time and thank you for giving us a shot. Let me know if we can still help you get rid of your junk. - Ryan, Hagemeister Hauling

Very curtious and professional on the phone. I wasn't sure how many things were being discarded as we were emptying my late mother's home. When I called, I was told not to worry, that they would have another vehicle on standby should it be needed. We'll, they delivered on every promise. Our first experience with them went excellent (although I was unable to be there). There was no hesitation on hiring them to finish the job. They were so kind, professional, and fast! Whenever I realized I had forgotten something, or there was something extra that wasn't initially asked for, their answer was always "for sure" or "we'll do our best," and they did! I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again or refer them to anyone! Great job!

Fantastic service! Would highly recommend Hagemeister Hauling for junk removal in Winnipeg. We sent in a photo and got a quote substantially lower than their competitors on a better timeline. Shortly after, a super friendly crew of two came to haul the pile away. They worked really fast and even ended up taking a little extra! So glad we found these folks!

The company I work for has worked with almost every bin company in the city with mostly frustrations between logistics and cranky dispatchers. Hagemeister is a breath of fresh air where its obvious customer service is their #1 priority. Never been disappointed with their service and have now been using them for almost 8 years straight. Great work guys!
