Recently I ordered a pair of adjustable harness lines there. The product arrived, squeezed into an old and too small cardbox, which did not make a good first impression to me. But getting worse I took out 2 exactly identical harness lines from the box (the lines were removed from the original packing). Now everybody who is into windsurfing knows, that adjustable harness lines are different left to right, in order to operate them always with your backhand during sailing once mounted on the boom. I re-confirmed with the original product pictures from the manufacturer, where you could see crystal clear 2 parts, 1x cleat on the left side, 1x cleat on the right side. So I thought they confused the lines and asked for re-shipment. They guy immediately told me that I would probably not understand the product and wanted to 'explain' it to me. At that point it was enough for me and I made clear that I would like to send the lines back and get my money back in exchange. But he did not send me any shipment voucher so I had to send it back on my own expense. Until I got my money back (only what I paid, not the retoure costs) it was another nightmare, because he first did not pay back the full amount, only when I pointed him to this additional error. So my conclusion is that either there is zero knowledge on the product or the business is that much on the edge that even saving retoure costs matters. Not very smart decision though, because I will not come back to this shop any time in my life.

My apologies for the way things turned out. I gave you instructions on how to very easily attach the harness line to the boom in a correct manner, but you refused my help and immediately escalated it with Paypal and returned the shipment.
When we received the harness lines back, we double checked the lines and they were as they are ment to be. As mentioned in my first e-mail with these harness lines, there is no specific left or right. If you hold one side of the harness line, you can turn the other side horizontally to the other side (without loosening the ropes) and mount it correctly onto the boom. The rope turns in the part that is attached to the boom.
I do not feel that I have had the opportunity to resolve it properly and provide the service that we provide to all our customers.
