Good overall for Sheffield
Good location for Sheffield although the area is a bit drab. Parking was more difficult than we expected. The apartment does not have its own parking, it's street parking any mostly permit holder only with literally a few spare free spaces so it's luck if you get one. The apartment block is nicely decorated and we had room 1 which was a studio. Had every thing you needed including dishwasher & washing machine and detergents for both (neither of which we used) but no shower gel in bathroom. Morrisons is very close, wetherspoons opposite and a Chinese takeaway below Apartments. Good communication from owner and they answered the phone quickly with queries. Overall would use again.

☺Het zit midden in Sheffield met de tram die bij de deur stopt. De keuken is ok.
☹Geen bezem of mop om zelf dingen schoon te kunnen maken. Communicatie gaat veel te stroef tot niet. Hielden een groot deel van mijn borg in zonder te vertellen waarom. Ze reageren nauwelijks op booking.com berichten.
Het is de goedkoopste in Sheffield, met een reden.

Highly recommend, reasonably priced and close to all amenities
Pros: It was exactly what we wanted. Everything was provided and it was close to shops and restaurants. Very happy with our stay. Cons: It was clean and tidy on our arrival, we liked the layout of the flat. It was my daughter and I travelling and we felt very safe.)

☺ We chose the accommodation based on proximity to an event we were attending, for this it was good. Overall the accommodation was clean and pretty well equipped in terms of the kitchen area.
☹ We arrived 30 minutes after the check in time and our room was still being cleaned which was not ideal as we were on a tight turn around and ended up having to just sit in one room whilst this was finished. Some of the floor in the apartment is a little uneven/sloping and creaky, we felt very conscious about the impact of this on the apartment below. There was no obvious information about how to obtain a permit for parking although there were plenty of spaces available. The bed was fine for one night but not the most comfortable and more than one pillow per person would have been nice!

☺ Not a lot to like ,they don't mention the 150 deposit you have to pay either when booking
☹ Very noisy area ,very dirty area ,as soon as you walk in the apartment block there is a strange odour ,bed is very low to floor ,mattress not very comfy ,didn't enjoy the stay at all ,won't be going back
