☺ We chose the accommodation based on proximity to an event we were attending, for this it was good. Overall the accommodation was clean and pretty well equipped in terms of the kitchen area.
☹ We arrived 30 minutes after the check in time and our room was still being cleaned which was not ideal as we were on a tight turn around and ended up having to just sit in one room whilst this was finished. Some of the floor in the apartment is a little uneven/sloping and creaky, we felt very conscious about the impact of this on the apartment below. There was no obvious information about how to obtain a permit for parking although there were plenty of spaces available. The bed was fine for one night but not the most comfortable and more than one pillow per person would have been nice!

☹ Very noisy area ,very dirty area ,as soon as you walk in the apartment block there is a strange odour ,bed is very low to floor ,mattress not very comfy ,didn't enjoy the stay at all ,won't be going back

Unclean in all rooms.
Did not stay left for hotel which was lovely and clean.
Addressed with company at first opportunity. Fair response to my concerns, but only offered me 20% off future stay. I won’t be staying again.

We had to clean all crockery and cutlery before use. The work top beneath the cutting block was very greasy. Selector button broken on washing machine - we taped it into position. Rooms otherwise clean. The attendant was friendly.

☺ Location for us was great - I needed to be in this area as visiting relatives close by.
Lovely man came to change our bed and bathroom linen half way through our stay.
Wetherspoons pub just over the road.
Fish and chip shop below the flats.
Close to many shops.
☹ Parking a nightmare - all resident permits except 10pm - 8am. Also bus and tram gates and various 1 way systems - we ended up with several traffic violations just trying to get to the apartment.
Apartment dirty - had to clean everything - crockery, cutlery, kitchen shelves, inside all drawers and wardrobe. Dishwasher had dirty crockery in.
Very noisy - trams caused the whole flat to shake, very noticeable in the evenings.

☹ Everything was good only 1 dinner plate which was a little inconvenient and would be nice if pets were allowed as we would definitely come back to stay if a dog was allowed to stay

☺ Quick return of deposit.
☹ Noise. Trams, drunk and loud people coming out of pub across the street.
For a "Serviced apartment" this was disappointing.
Grubby window ledges and corners of the work tops. Stained cutlery. Thick layer of grease around the knife stand.
Had to buy cleaning products.
There was a dirty worn scouring sponge left for washing up. An inch of washing up liquid. No other cleaning products.
Wobbly dining table. Poor lighting, mirror in bedroom area was so high on the wall. Good if you're 5'10' or taller. No chance of putting on makeup!
Lack of parking close by.
We booked five days prior to visit sick relative in hospital. Not much choice on a bank holiday weekend.
We received several reminders from management about deposit in the first 2 hours of booking.
Felt hounded by host who asked for a "positive" review before we left.
Not the best experience.
