I purchased 14 items of canvas storage for organising gear in my canopy setup. I purchased from Wildtrak Leisure for two reasons, one, they had a massive sale on and two, i have a Ranger Wildtrak š. Shipping was pretty quick to Brisbane, the products look to be made well - are they as good as Drifta gear? No i dont think so! Drifta gear is made here in Australia, with aussie canvas, YKK zippers, The same canāt be said for Wildtrak Leisure. Will give 5 ā But time will tell how this gear stands up to use!
Disappointed with their product & customer service.
We purchased 3x of their recliner chairs (most expensive fyi). Purchased in Nov 24.
First chair broke & we emailed them around Mar 25 , they basically too bad, too sad.
It's now Dec 25 and the second one has hung in there only this long with trustee zip ties helping. (Photos attached)
Not sure how long the third has to last.
I will not buy again & hope this info helps future buyers.

Absolutely terrible and thatās standard for anything online in Australia took my $74 never got my order canāt speak to a human this company is fraudulent do not buy anything from them
Ive got the wildtrak hand held, im on my second one.
The first one i baught didn't work when I opened that night so I put it on change thinking the battery might be flat but it wasn't, I returned it and got another one and tested it at the shop this time and it worked but after using it that night there is something wrong with the beam, it leaks light really bad.
When I adjust the beam of light to large there is another ring of light around the beam and when I adjust it to pencil beam it still lights up everything in the immediate area and also projects a pencil beam.
Couldn't be bothered returning it as its a
2.5 hour round trip.
Brought a new addition to our glamping set up, light weight fire pit and a fordable non slip step today at caravan show today in Melbourne. Meg and Izack, thanks guys love your stuff. Huge range of camping products.

What a great company. Purchased a 4000a heavy duty jumpstarter about 9 months ago, powerful, long lasting, will just about kick over anything plus a very versatile powerpack. Best part, they back up their sales. Lost a part, their service was quick, professional and friendly. Great Aussie company.
Hi I would not buy anything from this company online as it takes weeks to receive your item. I have tried emailing and phoning with no one getting back to me in relation to the delivery of my purchase. Very disappointing, from a business in Australia. You can buy internationally and get your purchase quicker.

I was very disappointed when I was asked for more money for postage after placing and paying for my order. At no point during the ordering process was the possible extra shipping cost made visible or clearly communicated. It felt misleading and unprofessional, as transparent pricing is a basic expectation when shopping online. It was advertised as āspend over $300 for free postageā, which I did, and in the payment process it came up as free shipping.
It was only after I received the email the next day requesting the additional costs or my order would be canceled that I went and had a look in their shipping information page and found this caveat. In the hundreds of orders I have placed online over the years I have never experienced this.
This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and I hope they revise their checkout process to be more transparent going forward.

Firstly I would highly recommend purchasing from the lovely staff at wildtrak, the customer service was excellent. I had a problem with my tent, they replaced and delivered me a brand new one to my door NOR. Absolutely restored my faith in customer service. Thank you again ladies for being so professional and prompt
