I sent and paid for 2 rugs to be cleaned - absolutely nothing has been done to them. No water or cleaning agents have touched them. They have come back to me - after paying $300 to have the deep cleaned, exactly the same state they left in. What an absolute rort, completely unacceptable. Would Not Recommend at all!

We understand your frustration, however we do need to clarify that your rugs were in fact cleaned.
Upon inspection, both rugs showed significant fibre abrasion. This is permanent wear where the fibres are physically damaged and no longer reflect light as they should. This can look like staining or discolouration, but it is not something that can be removed through cleaning.
After you raised concerns, we took your rugs back for a complimentary re-clean, both by machine and by hand. The streaking visible is a result of the pile being moved during this process, which highlights the underlying fibre wear rather than any remaining soil.
We stand by the work carried out. Unfortunately, cleaning cannot reverse fibre damage, and the condition you are seeing is consistent with wear, not a lack of cleaning.

Very disappointed. Booked in over a week ago for pest control. Didn't turn up. couldn't find address or booking.
Wouldn't reccomend.

I had a very grubby long pile rug , I called Who who they came collected and returned what seriously looked like a brand new rug , Im extremly happy with not only the clean but the very polite staff

Had seen the add a number of times, always cautious about online advertising.
Had 1 x large and 1 x medium rug done, and found the whole process to be seamless.
Service was excellent from the get go, would definitely recommend Who Who from my experience with them.

I had a high-pile rug with stubborn stains from my two-year-old and visiting family with kids. I expected most stains to be gone but was skeptical about the tough ones. However, when the rug returned, it looked brand new! I'm extremely pleased with the results and would highly recommend their service. I'll definitely use them again for my other rugs. Five stars all around!

just had 2 area rugs and a large lambswool rug cleaned and returned this morning. The difference is incredible they look like l just bought them from the store. Amazing work guys as they had lots of inground dirt from our dog. They smell so fresh and our rooms look refreshed with the clean carpets.
Also love the free pick up and return and the price was very reasonable considering the lambswool rug was cleaned by hand.
