It was a nice garden centre small but nice with a restaurant.
Had a wonderful two days at Singletons, joining their craft market. The lady who organised this made the days run very smoothly indeed and was very attentive to us all. Infact all the staff were lovely and helpful. One chap even helping me carry my heavy boxes into the covered area.
Great event and look forward to joint them for future events they may hold.
Congrats to everyone who made this a success with a happy atmosphere. X
Open for business. Excellent produce
Visited for lunch, the food was delicious and well presented. A good choice of menu. The cafe is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.
The garden centre has a good range of quality plants and gifts. Well worth a visit.
Please note despite the 'road closed' signs(road repairs), the nursery is very much open for business as usual.

Ordered a bulk bag of "Premium Top Soil" that's advertised as being "screened to 10mm meaning there will be some stones up to 10mm in size." When it was delivered sat on the top was a stone/rock approximately 25mm x 60mm?? If it was screened to 10mm why was there a stone/rock this size??
I emailed them and gave them 48hrs to reply before posting this review. They didn't reply. I've not yet used the "Premium Top Soil" so I can't comment on whether there's more stones this size. However, based on their non response I suspect they know their description is false advertising??
Looking at the repurposed soil it looks to me as it's been dug out the ground and immediately bagged with no 10mm screening or having the added 20% compost??

Today We visited The Potting Shed for afternoon tea to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and it was absolutely wonderful! The sandwiches, cakes, and Quiche Lorraine were amazing — so much so that we even bought some extra quiche to take home with us. We couldn’t manage the scones at the time because we were so full, but they made a perfect treat later on.
The staff were fantastic — professional, attentive, and friendly, even though they were really busy. They made sure we were well looked after from start to finish.
Highly recommend The Potting Shed for a bite to eat or afternoon tea — you won’t be disappointed!
Freshly cooked. Good service.
Would recommend
The website said open at 9. We got there at 9.45 and had to wait until after 10 for it to open. Plenty of staff saw us but didn't interact or advise. Waste of time. Some of the plants in the entrance looked in very poor shape! Not the entrance I was expecting. We will stick to Studley.
It is a nice garden centre, but I think most people go for the Potting Shed Cafe
Don’t bother the grass is terrible quality and no one there knows if they have any available or not either way
