Lunchtime at Singletons Had lunch with my friend, lovely atmosphere. Food was excellent so was service, I will certainly be visiting them again 😀 xxx

Bought 4 hanging baskets and after 3 weeks one suddenly died. I contacted Singletons to see if they offered a plant guarantee. My wife and I are experienced gardeners for many years and we were told it was our fault. They not interested. I will not be visiting Singletons again but will trust in more reputable garden centers in the future.

Poor quality and customer service Ordered turf from this company. The first order was really sparce, so I had to buy extra grass seed to fill in the gaps. I tried to order a second lot online, but the website wouldn't load properly, I then phoned to speak to the lady in charge and she was rude and patronising. I ended up ordering a second lot and I laid it straight away, watering it every other day and most of it died. I contacted the company and sent photos to show how bad the turf was and they didn't correspond at all. Terrible customer service. Ended up having to remove all the turf and buy it elsewhere. Extremely dissapointed.

I must admit I do not have green thumbs, but the flowers were pristine and beautiful and the presentation was excellent. The best quality of this place is that all the staff are helpful, are happy to be helpful and generally just have really excellent character. Not an expert on this kind of thing, but 5* from me.

Topsoil delivery Ordered 2 tinnes if premium topsoil, which was delivered to the allotment first thing in the morning. Very helpful driver managed to drop the soul over the gate so as not to block the pavement. Very goid quality soil and a very happy customer
