Service over the top
Thank-you so much to the service staff. I dropped in with a paint scrape from someone hitting me in a parking lot ( and leaving) popped in and the young women in service offered to have a look ... then she said she would get it fixed up - 15 mins later it was done at no charge- you can not beat that kind of treatment. Had recurring occurence of bad followup with Service department. Not clear on what was done or needed. Not left with impression that service department overly interested in customers or pre owned vehicles.
Part 2 - Response to "Owner's" reply; my overall issue with occurence with tire was not that it wasn't replaced. The Service consultant I dealt with was very curtious and explained that ware on thread was not covered. My real issue was that there was a lack of continuity in what I was told by one time to the next. We I dropped tire off I asked if it was ok, was not told shop 3 weeks behind. Was told on phone it was non-issue having tire installed and there was no charge involved. When I arrived on Saturday was asked if I wanted tire installed and be half hour ,
but there was no specific indication of what was even done to original tire. Service consultant, had to look into , I recieved a text several hours later Also in stating your 3 weeks wait in booking appointments seems to indicate you need more help in garage, as lot of comparison out there, and you may losing potential customers/business with those wait times

In terms of warranty, coverage does not extend to replacement based solely on tread wear. Your tire had a nail in a repairable area, and we completed the repair accordingly, following the guidelines of your coverage.
When you returned, we gave you the option to either take the tire with you or have us install it in place of your spare. You chose the installation, which we completed at no extra cost.
We believe the service provided was in line with both our policies and your warranty. That said, we're more than happy to discuss this further — please don't hesitate to give us a call at 519-472-4890.

Got a flat tire on my newly purchased Honda. Went to change the tire, found out my car didn't come with anything but a spare. Had to call a company to come switch it out and it cost me over 200 just to get them out there. Called wastegate to use my "wheel and tire warranty" and they're booked up for 3 weeks. Can't even take an hour to fix a tire. Beautiful car, but very unsatisfied with their customer service.

Incredible service! While visiting from out of town, we ran into unexpected issues with our Pilot. We stopped by, and they immediately offered to take a look. By the time we finished lunch just a few doors down, we got a call letting us know our vehicle was fixed—at no charge! Truly above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Disappointing service to seniors. My senior parents took their Honda Fit to the dealer after a short history of battery/starting troubles. The shop replaced their 3 month old CAA battery and told them it was garbage and asked if they wanted it back. My father has dementia and my step mother is not mechanically savvy, which is why she took the car to the Dealership. She understands that she might pay a premium, but expects the service to match. Shame on Honda to misdirecting a senior and taking a 3 month old $300 CAA battery with a 6 year warranty from a senior just trying to get by in the world. Disgraceful. They have been Honda customer for decades and this is how they are treated? Not only that, they made no repair attempt. If a 3 month old battery is really dead, there is obviously an electrical issue, do some work. Unless Westgate Honda's moral principal is match by it's incompetency.
UPDATE: Thank you team Honda for taking time to contact me and try to resolve the miscommunication. The situation was not ideal for either side, I do appreciate the effort to address our complaint on an individual level. While differences in opinion were not completely erased, I do appreciate that additional work was performed and root cause was eventually determined and addressed under warranty. My parents were treated well on the return visit and reported a positive experience. Stars added as a result.

Very disappointed, purchased vehicle as is for 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe for $10995. They said nothing wrong, runs great, all need windshield wipers to be replaced to be certified. Engine codes came up, and showed permanent preexisting codes within a day of Purchase. Engine gone. Over week now no solutions or discounts.

Our 2025 pilot family hauler put the Christmas lights on the dashboard all of a sudden. I chose to get it towed to Westgate at night.
They called me 8:30am and asked what was wrong with it. After explaining, they said we will diagnose and get back to you. Within two hours I was told the car is ready for pickup.
Great communication, pickup experience. Well done. Definitely exceeded my expectations with their customer service and efficiency!

Last year, I purchased a Honda CR-V from Westgate Honda, which came with a two-year windshield replacement insurance. Due to a misunderstanding and some miscommunication, I canceled my personal insurance coverage. However, I later discovered that Honda's insurance only covered the deductible up to a maximum of $500. Given the situation, Westgate Honda stepped up and covered the majority of the windshield replacement cost. Exceptional customer service like this is rare these days. A great vendor proves their value in challenging times, and I highly recommend Westgate Honda.
