Hi Emily, Thank you for your feedback. The outdoor hot shower is being installed today. The sauna has been delayed, but I promise it will be open soon. We are committed to building up our employees so they can contribute to the park's future. Jenny and I believe trust is earned through consistent service over time, rather than simply throwing money at the issue. As we approach our busiest season for the third time, we both feel that the team defines the park, not just the facilities. In fact, every survey indicates that our team makes visitors feel safe and valued, which keeps them coming back despite any shortcomings in our current facilities. Nevertheless, we are continuously working to improve our amenities. For instance, take a look at the upgrades we've made upstairs. We also manufacture our own products to meet our high standards, such as our tow floats, which are more robust than others on the market but cost the same as leading brands. I disliked seeing people return damaged, expensive tow floats, as it’s a waste for everyone. Additionally, our café will be refreshed over the next three weeks, and we will commit to a consistent hot and cold food selection. There is so much more I could share, stick with us. Today is the worst the park will ever be :-) Shaun
