Very unprofessional staff , recently have a bad experience with them , they waste my time and money, Even without letting me know they listed the property again on right move and moreover they never pick my call during all this process which shows how unprofessionals they are, I highly recommended not to use this company’s service.

Our team acted professionally throughout and invested considerable time and effort trying to make the application work within the landlord’s affordability requirements. Unfortunately, the information provided prior to referencing commencing did not match the verified details, which meant the tenancy could not proceed. While we understand this was frustrating, we applied the same fair and transparent process that we do for all applicants. We’re always happy to discuss genuine concerns directly with anyone who has questions about our process.
I've worked with Westbray for many years now; and have always been ecstatic by the lengths they'll go to, to provide a high quality service, both for landlords, and for tenants. They're quick to respond, and their work has always been impeccable. They're exceptionally easy to deal with, and have a very highly-trained and motivated team. Their project management and reporting on progress is top notch too, and I never have to ask for an update on a project, as it's always delivered before I even expect it. Can't fault them; highly recommended.
