Stop issuing parking fines in Malls on Weekends I drove across Auckland on a Saturday to meet some friends, visit the Mall, look around the shops, have lunch, watch a movie and have dinner and in return I got a parking fine. No wonder the Mall was over half empty, when this is how they treat their customers.

Toilets very unhygienic and desperate for anan upgrade Over the last year I've noticed a steady decline in the condition and hygiene of the toilets. There is little to no soap. Many soap dispensers are broken or will only give a spot of soap and not enough to properly wash hands. One constantly leaks onto the basin top and overflows onto the floor ( the toilets beside Gift World) The hot water has been turned off so can only have cold water. The dyson hand dryers have mould on the joins on the sides and take about 15 seconds to warm up before you actually start drying your hands. They also leak and have handy towels or cotton towels placed on the floor to catch drips for around 6 months. Most toilet seats are loose and dangerous to sit on. The walls and back of the doors have unspeakable grime and other mess smeared on..again this has been ongoing for over 6 months. The soap dispenser has been taken off the wall in one toilet (beside spec savers) leaving big blobs of brown glue on the walls. Looks really awful and judging by the general state of the toilets I feel this wont be removed. I feel management doesn't give a dam for the customers at all. Rents going up but nothing is spent on maintaining the toilets at all. I've been to cleaner toilets in the jungle of Vietnam!
