This review, from an unrecognizable account, falsely states in Spanish that insurance companies pay attorney’s fees apart from the settlement. In reality, the common practice is for insurance companies to send one check which goes into a trust and pays all parties. We have never received a complaint of this nature which leads us to believe that this review was intended for another firm.
