Lugar muito bem localizado e apartamento em perfeitas condições

Excellent central location (the metro station was just behind the corner) a good starting point to visit Paris. Surrounded by restaurants and shops, 10 mins walks from the Mouline Rouge, Galerie Lafayette and many other touristic attractions. The apartment was spacious, quiet and full of amenities, the bed very comfortable and the terrace a nice extra. Special thanks to the host Pierre, who organized the check-in impeccably. Even though we arrived very late, we found his associate Pascal waiting to welcome us with the keys. Thanks to both of them for their courtesy and availability. We will definitely recommend the apartment to any couple who want to visit Paris, for a pleasant and relaxing holiday.

Un bon conseil, FUYEZ !!!!!! En tant que Hôte, j'ai vécu une expérience horrible. WEHOST répond tard ou pas aux voyageurs, j'ai perdu plusieurs séjours à cause de leur non réactivité. Je devais les appeler pour qu'ils répondent aux voyageurs. Ils vous attirent avec un tarif nuitée élevé pour ensuite le baisser très fortement en prétextant qu'il s'agit de mauvaise période. Perdent des clefs ou les détériorent et déduisent les frais de reproduction sur vos revenus. Plusieurs objets volés ou détériorés dans mon appartement et aucun suivi ...donc trop tard pour réagir auprès de RBNB Attention : la plupart des bons avis sont sur le logement et non sur la conciergerie WEHOST. J'aurais du faire appel aux services proposés par RBNB. Ceux sont des personnes beaucoup plus impliquées et sérieuses. J'ai du appeler les voyageurs pour les guider dans mon logement. Le ménage n'est pas fait et les voyageurs doivent alors attendre à l'extérieur sans être prévenus lorsque terminé. J'ai du faire le lien avec cette conciergerie et les voyageurs !!!!! Malheureusement les seuls avis négatifs que j'ai eu sont dus au NON service WEHOST (qui se prend 20%) et non à l'appartement. De leur faute, RBNB à supprimé mon annonce. Même les voyageurs qui me complimentaient sur l'appartement me conseillaient de changer de conciergerie. J'ai essayé de discuter plusieurs fois avec le responsable WEHOST mais aucun retour. Une fois que l'argent est encaissé ils se foutent complètement de vous.

Appartement spacieux, lumineux et très bien situé

I loved the apartment I stayed at, it was very beautiful, clean, and spacious. The views are great, and I felt comfortable and safe during my stay. Check in and check out were super easy and simple. The host was very helpful and responsive, especially when I needed assistance. Hope to come back one day for sure!!

„Bel appartement de standing centre ville *Parking*in Strassbourg. *Einen Stern gibt es für die gute Lage *zweiter Stern für die Kommunikation Abzug Sterne *Die Dusche, Wasser nicht abgelaufen, mussten zuerst die Haare im Siffon entfernen!!!! *das kleinere Zimmer ein Tier (Ratte) hinter der Fassade oder in der Fassade, man hörte die ganze Nacht Geräusche!! *die Aussicht von den Zimmern, katastrophal, ohne Tageslicht man sah auf eine dreckige Wand über 3m hoch, der Zwischenraum modrig und Spinnennetze. Man hatte keine Lust die Fenster zu öffnen. Beim grösseren Zimmer konnte man nur das obere Fenster öffnen. *die Wohnung wurde nicht geheizt, war ungemütlich. Möbel war kein Luxus. Für den Preis… Enttäuschend. Würde ich nicht weiterempfehlen!!!

This was the perfect accommodation for my dream trip to Paris! I always wanted to stay in a beautiful Parisienne apartment and this more than fulfilled my wishes. We were close to restaurants, boulangeries and grocery stores. Also we were close to St. Lazare train station, walking there very easily. The apartment was spacious and had an elevator. It was decorated very elegantly. I could not have been happier! Also a washer and dryer in the apartment was very much appreciated. I hope to return some lovely day! Thank-you for making my dream come true!

Had an Apartment in Marseille. 3 Stars for the Location (bakerys, Restaurants and Supermarket in the near) and the Underground car parking. It was Not so easy to find the entrance, because of the description -above all for the Elevator in the garage- was complicated. the Apartement was very ugly, Not good cleaned, a musty smell and a Lot of dust. We only Had one knife, 1 Chair we couldn't use, was broken. There was mold in the washing machine compartment. No Trash bags, the towels looked Like don't washed.... some reasons not to book with WeHost again Thank God we got some money back through Airbnb. Guys,check out the reviews beforehand- i will never book an Apartments under 4,9 Stars
