Scheduled appointment through Costco. James contacted me and established a time/date that was convenient for both of us. He spent time explaining the process and testing current water conditions. Install went well with no issues. Water is certainly softer, my entire family notices a difference.
Went through Costco and got 19% back in a Costco shop card. (15% January promo (usually 10%), 2% executive member, 2% Costco Citi Card). Pretty simple and easy. James was great and came out, tested the water, explained everything in detail, answered all my questions, never any pressure to buy. Install happened about 2 weeks later and the installer was professional and thorough. James came back out 2 weeks later to re-test the water to make sure the system was working properly and it was set correctly. We got the softer and reverse osmosis drinking water and immediately it tasted much better and didn't have a chlorine smell. Overall smooth and easy process!

Thank you so much for your review and for putting your trust in us. We are happy to hear that James gave you the same service we strive to provide from start to finish! We will let James know of your kind words and as always, please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you!
We got the Ecowater Water Softener system through CostCo. James was our sales rep and he handled us very well; gave us our options and their pros and cons; helping us decide what we wanted. He was not pushy at all and made us very comfortable dealing with him. Installation was scheduled for a week later and the technician, Kenny, was on time and was very knowledgable. Kenny evaluated and prepped his work and did a very clean install. You could tell he is is an excellent plumber by watching him work. The experience was superb. I am glad we chose CostCo and Suburban Water for this work.
Rich came out and gave us a quote for a new water softener. They went out their way to accommodate. Pricing was fair. Insulation was professional and on time. Thanks.
If you decide to do business with Suburban, be sure to get a quote on pricing, and research what you can buy on your own. Also, note that they now add a fuel surcharge. We requested a call from their manager after the service, and never heard back. After 26 years with this company, we are disappointed.
A pleasre to deal with. My softener system was installed by the former homeowner. After 11 years, the pressure drop increased. Called Suburban, they had all of the records for the system, and supplied all of the materials and service parts. Not typically a DIY project, but they were very helpful providing guidance and recommending inspections of the components.
Their original installation is outstanding, carefully piped, quality components used throughout. A great, locally owned company. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
