Nervous dental patient here who often kicks the can down the road when it comes to check ups, but recently a new and satisfied customer at Wayside Dental Practice. On my recent first visit last week I was expertly assessed by Saneel as a new patient and came away fully informed as to my situation without being pressured into any future treaments or cosmetic work. Today I saw Tia for a hygienist appointment - as well as an absolute pleasure to be around, she truly is excellent at her trade - I got through the full appointment without any discomfort nor needing to stop. I will have no hesitation seeing her again in the future. Thanks all at Wayside - it's a weight off my mind to be back up and running.

Great experience from beginning to end. A very conspicuous crown needed replacing (lost through a traumatic injury in my early teens) and an implant was suggested. Robin's approach was excellent - bringing his very deep and broad experience, allied to innovative techniques underpinned by leading approaches to dentistry led to a superb result - the first time since losing the tooth nearly forty years ago where I have felt confident with how it looks and feels. Next step, looking at a similarly complex canine replacement and I have every confidence that Robin and his team will deliver a similarly high quality result.

Went to this dentistry after having treatment done at Bowers way surgery. I had been going to Bowers way for years and had fillings done which kept failing time and time again. This time round same story but I had severe infection and the tooth had rotten. I called up Bowers way and they couldn't fit me in, excuses after excuses they phoned up and said "we can only get you in for a check up-" when I needed an extraction. I called around and wayside accommodated me. I went at my appointment on the day and was seen and tooth removed! It was pricey but it was worth not having to be messed about Bowers Way Surgery!

I don’t often write reviews but I had to write one about Wayside Dental Practice. I wore a brace in for 18 months, my orthodontist recommended I go to Wayside for my cosmetic work once I had the brace off. I am so happy with the results. I just want to keep smiling. The practice is so nice and comfortable I felt at ease as soon as I went in. The staff are so professional from the reception to dentist. Nothing is too much trouble. My dentist was Saneel. He is so professional and has a very nice manner. He is an absolute perfectionist and worked really hard to make sure I was happy with the final results. I would highly recommend going here for any dental treatment and Saneel is a pleasure to deal with.

After a tooth that I damaged many years ago finally had to be extracted (it was a molar so left a big gap), I was worried about having an implant as I had heard stories of how painful and uncomfortable the process was likely to be. However, with Robin’s expertise and state of the art technology, nothing could have been further from the truth. It was all very straightforward and virtually painless. The gap has now gone! Many thanks to Robin and his excellent colleagues.

I have recently undergone treatment with Robin using the laser and guided implant surgery technique. Having had implants previously as a comparison I have to say that this technique is fantastic. I did not feel any discomfort during or after whatsoever. The time taken from start to finish has been half of traditional methods. I would like to thank Robin and his staff for their superb treatment and highly recommend this technique to anyone considering implants. Robin ,I thank you ! Steve Morton.

I have been terrified of dentists for over 60 years (stemming from a bad experience as a child) but the practitioners at Wayside always respect my feelings and with their patience and understanding, I now have the confidence to have routine treatments without turning into a nervous wreck. On Friday I saw Dr Saneel Patel as I thought I had lost a filling. In fact, the tooth had split and needed to be extracted. After explaining my options, he and his assistant patiently did the job for me (despite the fact that I had reverted to nervous wreck mode!) They were brilliant - kind, caring, considerate and very, very patient. Highly recommended.

I went in to get a wisdom tooth removed and saw Amit; he was extremely friendly and professional and he put me at ease straight away. He removed the tooth very quickly and completely painlessly. I was given written information on post-care for the hole and I have not had any pain or discomfort since. All staff at the practice were extremely welcoming and nice and I have since booked further appointments. I would throughly recommend this dental practice.

I’ve been a patient at Wayside for a number of years now but I’ve always been very nervous of going so I only ever go when I’m in pain or I have a problem 🫣 My recent visit was with Sheena who made me feel very calm and relaxed. Her work was very thorough and she explained everything along the way. Sheena is very professional and I will definitely be seeing her again on my next visit. I have been a patient at this practice for over 30 years. Recently Amit has had to undertake root canal surgery followed by a crown. A few years ago he installed an implant. Neither procedure is going to be fun, but he and his assistant made it as easy as it could be. In both cases a satisfactory outcome and a happy patient! The entire team, dentists, hygenists, and support staff is professional and friendly.

I had a root canal filling with Amit. I was a little anxious going in, but Amit explained everything he was going to do first then talked me through the steps as he did them. The whole thing was completely painless. The only discomfort was keeping my mouth wide open for 1 hour 25 mins. This is made easier by the big TV screen on ceiling. You get to watch back to back BBC TV shows while Amit drills away. If I need another root canal filling I'll be back to Amit without hesitation
