We had an appointment at VRAI on February 7th to look at engagement rings, and the in-store experience itself was great. We saw several beautiful settings and were able to narrow it down to two final choices. The associate who helped us was very kind, knowledgeable, and made the appointment feel special.
At the end of the visit, my boyfriend asked the associate to email him the details for the two rings since the final decision was meant to be a surprise for me. Unfortunately, as of March 24th, he still has not received any email or follow-up.
Because of the lack of communication, we’ve had to start looking at other jewelers, which is really disappointing since we genuinely liked the rings we saw at VRAI. The in-person service was great, but the follow-through afterward did not match the experience we expected for such an important purchase.
We’re very disappointed, as this is a big moment for us, and better communication would have made all the difference.
Thank you so much for sharing this, and I’m truly sorry for the lack of follow-up after what sounds like such a meaningful and positive in-store experience.
I want to sincerely apologize as this was on me. I have all of your notes and details on file, so I’m not sure how I missed sending that follow-up. I completely understand how disappointing this must feel, especially given how important this moment is for you both.

Update #2: I finally got my resized ring after about 7 weeks. I love it, it fit perfect. As conclusion, if you decide to buy your ring at VRAI choose wisely your size. Don't deal with service after your purchase because it is hassle. Especially if your buying V shape ring (they don't have it all sizes to try in showrooms), buy size down. I bought my as 6.25, and I had to resize it to 5.5. I like their rings, and quality, service in showroom was nice, but service after horrible. I had never had reply to my email from the person, who replied me for one of my reviews. Im changing mu rating from 1 start to 3 stats because i love my ring, and i finally get it, but i didn't like service during my resizing. Update: I got email from representative a week ago. They was so sorry, and they said that they will ship my ring NO LATER than May 9th. Now is May 10th. As always, i didn't get any update, and still don't have my ring. Have no idea what is going on, and kind of stressing out. It has been 6 weeks already. I emailed to the email was provided for this review during the week, but i have never had response on that. I got a gift they sent my by the way. It was nice neckless. So bad I like only white gold, but still it was nice. To be honest, I really not sure what i should do with my purchase here. My fiance spent money, and I don't have a ring.
Service is not good in this company. Me and my fiance (that time my boyfriend) went to their showroom to try V shape rings i like online. When we went there Service was good. Don't remember the name of assistant who helped us, but she was nice. They didn't have a rings Vshape of my size, also, no ring of V shape with princess cut i want, so they just gave me Standart ring size measurements to try (regular, not V shape). I'm usually size 6-6.25. So, we ordered my engagement ring size 6.25 with their measurements. Basically, I just had to imagine how my ring will look. I could just order it online, and didn't drive 1h 30 min to showroom. Well, anyway... I got my ring pretty fast, would say couple weeks. When I got my ring I like it, but it was way bigger, like whole size. I could just shake my hand and it will easily slip out. With their company you have one free resizing for one year. Because showroom so far from me (I was thinking they will resize there), I decided to go to jewelry store close to me and pay money to do it. The store looked at my ring and said that they cannot do it because of the size of the diamond. So, I had to go to Vrai anyway. By calling them, I found out that I can drop my ring to their showroom and they will send it to NJ to resize it, or I can send it Fedex to NJ by myself. I sent it by myself because it was easier for me. After I sent it, I had no updates or emails from them, that they get it. Just at their first email it was says it can take up to 5 weeks. I contacted them week after I send it, to see if they get it, and everything OK. By the way they got it next day because it was overnight shipment. Someone replied my that yes, they got it, and told me like "do you remember we said it will takes up to 5 weeks?" Well, they got it, good. Today is exactly 5 weeks since, I have no info about where is my ring, what is going on, nobody update me about anything. I emailed them at morning, no response so far. Definitely my ring still is not ready. I have no idea what is going on with that. If I knew I would go other store. Their Service is not what we paid for. We paid over 3k to continue asked them for update. It is not serious company. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
