During my 3 years renting with the agency I had 4 property managers with 3 being in the last year and a half.
Multiple times rental reports were submitted with insignificant notes of items, eg greasy oven tray, benches not wiped down, all requiring photo evidence with 7 days of rectifying the "issue" however when the roof was leaking they took multiple days to even have someone come out and look at the issue and when the back fence blew down in a storm the temp fencing took 4 days to be put up even though we had a dog needing to be kept in the back yard.
Multiple items of issues were not passed on to incoming managers and the forced change into paying rent with the my tenant app had caused delays and minor pay issues.
However 4.5 stars to my last property manager Jackie Cormician who assisted greatly and made the move out and bond disposal process significantly easier with her prompt responses, willingness to assist and effective self management to overcome the lack of details of previous damages reported and not fixed or paid for before moving out.
