I had a Signature Full Body massage for 1hr15min and it was amazing!
Mia made sure I was comfortable the whole time, asking about pressure etc throughout. She’s also very strong which was needed for some very old knots in my shoulders and back.

I had an amazing massage last night, and Sumnima was absolutely fantastic – she quickly identified all the tension points in my body and really knew how to target them. Her deep knowledge of anatomy and technique was evident, and I was so impressed by how effectively she worked on the problem areas. The entire experience was incredibly therapeutic, and I can’t wait to book my next appointment with her very soon :)
This was my first ever massage and I had Mia who was really friendly and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I had the Swedish full body massage and I’ve honestly come out of there feeling SO much better- relaxed and really calm. The music was soothing and the scent in the room was lovely. There was also a really cute boutique in the reception area which had all sorts of interesting things. I would highly recommend and will definitely return.

I just had to update this review after the fantastic facial I had at Vita Skin Spa this week. This was the Dermalogica Pro60 facial. The therapists selected just the right products from the extensive Dermalogica range for my skin type which was slightly dehydrated. This bespoke facial left my skin glowing and me very relaxed.
