Dr. Rankin and all of the staff at this location are fantastic. The doctor made me feel extremely comfortable during my appointment. She was able to explain everything to me in terms I understood which left me feeling confident about my vision health. This is an amazing location and an amazing team - I highly recommend selecting them for your vision care.
UPDATE: Amanda from Vision Quest called me to see if there was anything they could do to help me. We set up an appointment and I met with Amanda. We discussed the possibility that the lens are defective (anti-glare). I chose another pair of frames that would work better. My new glasses are to arrive the 19th. I want to thank Amanda and Vision Quest for the A+ customer service to make me a happy customer.
I had my eyes tested and have no problem with my prescription. I do have a problem with the glasses I purchased at Vision Quest. I went back totheir office and explained to the woman that the lens of the glasses are smeary, they attract dust and little round circle appear on the lens. She told me she didn't see the smears. We were sitting in their type of lighting that is very bright. I explained again that I did see the smears as I sat in their office. She cleaned the glasses for me. I went home. I continue to have the smears, dust and little round circles on my lens. These glasses were very expensive. I paid about $700.00 for them. I am not happy.
Today was the first time I had been toVisionQuest. I walked in and was immediately greeted, and soon after taken back for my eye exam. To me all of their examination machines look to be top notch! I felt like I received a thorough exam. I was helped by a sweet lady named Jen who made the eyeglass purchase absolutely seamless everything from helping me pick out what frames looked best because I'll be honest, I'm not a stylish kind of person. I just wear what I wear.
But Jen was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and even caught on when my husband said that he liked a certain frame i was trying on, but she could tell that there was something he didn't like therefore causing him to say, "Well, yeah, I don't really like....." So we moved on! I mean, he's the one that looks at me every day so his opinion matters too! After my husband's cataract surgery next week, we will be coming back to get him a new pair of glasses!
The service is always great. Coming for an appointment there is never a long wait time like when you go to the doctor and have an appointment time and still wait an extended amount of time.
Went in today, 11-15-22 for new glasses and was helped by Amanda. She went over the pros and cons of each frame I looked at and was able to come up with a pair just right for my needs. Amanda took her time with me and I didn't feel rushed to make a decision.
It was nice to see the mask wearing rule had been lifted and was able to see the employees faces. Still if a customer comes in with a mask on the employee will in kind put on a mask which is a thoughtful gesture.

Like everywhere else, Eyewear is pricey but the service was nothing short of wonderful. Jen, who helped my husband and I pick out our glasses was absolutely amazing and made the process way less stressful. I highly recommend this company and staff at the new greenwood location.

Great staff. Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable. Also it’s super clean! Dr Browing is very knowledgeable and he the way he cares about the patient is very impressive!

Everyone was very professional, no wait times and Dr. Browning was thorough, answered all my questions and explained everything clearly. I have tried several different eye doctors over the past 10 years. Most were OK but Dr. Browning and his staff are more than OK and I feel like I’ve finally found the right Dr. and staff at VisionQuest!
