Super friendly staff. First time seeing Dr.Rush. I really liked him. Very helpful. Then I worked with Jennifer!! Can you say amazing! She helped me pick the perfect frame. Well, she picked the frames and I tried them. She helped the process go quicker. Thank you all at Vision Quest -Greenwood. Everyone in the office was super nice.

I have to say if you are looking for a comprehensive, state of the art, kind and friendly eye specialist, Vision quest eye Care in Greenwood is your new home. I took my 87-year-old stepdad yesterday for his 1st visit because we were having a really bad experience at his previous one. We always waited at least an hour before going back We have waited as long as 3 hours to go back. Once you go back you have to wait for a very long time before you see the doctor. Most appointments we were there three to six hours. These appointments were very hard on Ted. Too long he's diabetic. And so hard to set that long. No one in that place previously would even acknowledge the schedule that was completely overbooked every single time. I knew that I needed to find him a new place because he developed dry macular degeneration and I wanted him cared for the best way we could. Vision quest was outstanding. They were kind, they listened, when he asked for them to speak louder or that he couldn't hear, they always spoke up and told him it was fine. He felt truly blessed. He had testing done with VisionQuest that he never had done in his life. His insurance was verified before we got there so we knew what we were working with and what his co-payments would be in advance. From front to back I have to give them a 5 star rating. That is hard coming from me. I am a retired Practice Manager and truly expect the best from our health care providers. Thank you VisionQuest for being so thoughtful, patient and kind to an old school retired minister that has not received the care he deserved. Now he has. Not to mention state of the art everything with professionalism on top of all that. Please stay the way you are. Don't hire people that don't want to be there or that are not kind to everyone that walks in that door. Keep up the excellence of care. We appreciate you!! We are already referring to you. Lowering my review. I've been going here for years and every single time I order glasses there's some delay that they blame on their lab. The opticians are very helpful, but make mistakes fairly frequently. They just sent back a pair of lenses that they were supposed to hold on to and now I have no idea when I'll have a pair of glasses that works. This is a premium place with prices that are on the very high end, and while I'm willing to pay those prices for a quality experience my experience so far has been far from quality.

This place is a racket. First of all, it is overpriced. I have excellent eye insurance. Almost everything is covered including frames. At Vision Quest Greenwood, I paid over $500 for lenses alone. In addition, they try to upcharge $40 for an unnecessary 3D eye scan. As far as customer service, once you leave the store, it ends. I have been waiting 4 weeks for my glasses. I have called multiple times looking for answers only to end up at a call center that keeps telling me it will be next week, then next week. 4 weeks later and still no glasses and no answer as to when I might expect them. I would not recommend this business.
