Worst optometrists service in Pretoria
Absolute worst experience I have ever had with optometrist. I ordered contact lenses and spesifically confirmed that is is for 3 box sets for each eye. Then I made an official appointment for an eye test and new glasses. Nobody showed up, the store remained closed and I left and hour later. Only a week later I receive a "We will try our best to still give you a special price". Finally the contact lenses arrive and it is only 1 set. I paid triple for 1 set compared to the rpices at other optometrists. They admitted to say its their fault and they will get back to me. 3 weeks later and still nothing. Not even a sorry. When I asked what we can do about this the receptionist only said "I don't know". This is what you get when you try and support small businesses...
Will never recommend this store and rating it even with one star is too much!

The most amazing Optometrist with the most patience and helps out no matter the cost. Him and his receptionist are both so friendly and kind and assists to the best capacity they can. I will really recommend this Optometrist for the best care of your eyes.
Vusi Muhlari tested my eyes and explained everything so clearly to me, he also explained the cost and what I need and can be without for now. Helped me get the right glasses that suit me. Really happy with his help, And the price is so affordable. Definitely worth it.

Specs took 5 weeks to complete
Frame was not the same as colour chosen.
After collection noticed that only one lens was treated with PHOTOCHROMIC so only one lens turned dark in the sun which was rather embarassing to say the least.
Not impressed with the service received no apology for delay or mistakes.
I will NEVER recommend to anyone or use VISION BLESSING again
