Disappointing rental. An Urus with 60,000km, lots of dents on the bodywork and the rims. Initially, the price included delivery and pickup at the hotel. Yet, I still had to pay for a taxi to fetch the vehicle 30 minutes from the hotel. No explanation on the vehicle's operation was provided at delivery. The vehicle was given with a flat rear tire and worn brake pads, indicated by a dashboard warning light. I have to manage the tire issue by my self. Also I had to pay 12 AED for tolls on a rental costing 5900 AED. The pickup at the hotel was delayed by an hour, causing us to miss our planned boat day. We returned the vehicle with 100km less than expected. Received many apologies but no discount, just a promise of 10% off next time we rent a vehicle at VIP (I laughed). Farouk still took us to the airport, a small consolation. A strange vision of "Luxury" Car Rental...
A very customer centric company that goes beyond providing prompt service with quality automobiles. A BIG thank you to Ahmed who was terrific to deal with no matter what time of day. I recommend VIP Rent A Car to anyone interested in enjoying a high end automobile, or just renting a car to tour the UAE. Thx again!
والله من ارقى شركات تأجير السيارات يكفي انك تاخد سيارة نضيفة مقابل المبلغ يلي رح تدفعو واهم شغلة يلي تميزهم ومش موجوده عند احد غيرهم والله شاهد عكلامي انو لو جيت تردلهم السيارة وكان في جرح صغير ومش واضح بتصويرك وتصويرهم قبل الاستلام يقولولك توكل على الله مافي شي نفس هذا الموضوع بغير شركة يحملوك 5000 او 7000 درهم وعلما انت مش متأكد اذا هو منك او من قبل

HMA rentals are one of the worst companies ever in Dubai. Make sure to never rent a car from them. Worst experiences ever. They’ll add hidden charges they don’t tell you about and scare you into paying them. The company will be shut down in a while anyways

Every time there is requirement for cars, Ms Jessica is my automatic go to. All intricate details for our VIP guests she is always able to accommodate with flying colors. She is easy to talk to, kind person yet very professional. HMA service are very good but once it time to refund the money i hard a very bad experiences with their account department
