I spent a nice time with my family in the amazing villa. My family enjoy tooooo much and i will back shortly to this villa. Also the location is near to La Vallee Des Couleurs Nature Park. The villa area is suitable for yoy to do walking around the villa and you get a fresh air.

Paradise on Earth
We stayed at villa 85, and the interior, and exterior of the villa were fabulous. Perfectly maintained, beautiful garden, spacious rooms, and bedrooms, equipped with everything you need. Heritage staff was fantastic, very polite, and helpful. Driving around in a golf cart admiring the beautiful estate, visiting sandy beach, enjoying blue sky and turquoise sea were icing on a cake.

Creating memories with family
The villas are well kept and beautiful. The only thing in our villa, there was no Aircon in the lounge and dining area, but all the rooms did have. The weather was nice and not too hot when we were there. Even so, I’m sure in the hotter months that would be an issue. My brother’s villa did have Aircon in the lounge, so I assume not all villas are the same. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. We had an issue the 1st night we were there with the service at the C beach club, once we complained the management made sure to accommodate us and made our stay memorable, as we ate breakfast there and swam by the pool and beach. So they really redeemed themselves. All the restaurants were great and great service and reception accommodated all our needs. I would highly recommend Heritage.

Valriche the hidden gem on the Island.
It's the tranquility and quietness that always makes me come back, the sea views, and lush landscaping that makes you feel as if you are all alone with your family at Valriche. The pool glimmers in the sunshine with its beautiful black slate tiles, the Villa is beyond amazing, the beds are comfy, the Villa is amamzing, really worth the trip. Valriche is a special place that you have to come visit.

On est devenu Accroc aux Villas Heritage
Expérience une nouvelle fois inoubliable ! C’est la deuxième fois que l’on passe nos vacances en Villa dans le domaine de Bel Ombre. On y était en Janvier 2024, et on y retourne déjà en Mars 2024… Tout a commencé sur un coup de tête un dimanche matin, on fait part de notre souhait de revenir pour un second séjour à Stephanie la concierge des Villas, elle nous confirme la disponibilité dans la même journée et elle nous met en relation avec la centrale de réservation, le temps de trouver la formule qui convient et le Lundi notre séjour est réservé ! Le Samedi de la même semaine on prends place dans une très belle Villa 3 chambres de plein pieds. Nous avons été accueilli par Stephanie et Ardash, comme la famille ! A peine 5 minutes pour faire les formalités : vraiment au top l’accueil ! Une fois à la Villa on découvre, en plus de la magnifique demeure, des cadeaux de bienvenue ! Ça fait toujours un grand plaisir ! Nous avons aussi réservé une ballade en buggy dans la réserve de Bel Ombre, une très belle expérience. On découvre une nature luxuriante avec des espèces endémiques et aussi des troupeaux de cerfs. Petite randonnées dans les sous-bois pour découvrir une belle cascade et un beau bassin ! Merci Gino notre guide qui nous à fait découvrir le domaine avec passion. On recommande vraiment le séjour en Villa héritage ! Encore une fois tout a été magique ! Merci aux équipes des restaurants et à la conciergerie pour les attentions et la bienveillance. On ne s’en lasse pas ! Encore une fois un grand MERCI a Stephanie. On reviendra c’est sure !

Exclusive retreat
In February 2024 my wife and I spent ten days at the Heritage The Villas. The villas are located in a kind of gated community on a hill amid a golf course and are connected via small paths to the Heritage resorts Le Telfair and Awali. We had an electric golf cart which took us to the resorts in a couple minutes (actually fun to drive although our buggy seemed a bit dated) and with our Gourmet Bliss package we could enjoy the two resorts' various restaurants (and cocktails in e.g. the bar Cavendish at Le Telfair) without hesitation. We could also use the C-Beach Club and had dinner at the Golf House as well as the Chateau. Only some dishes/cocktails were excluded from our package and marked as such in menus. The refrigerator in the villa is supplied each day (excluding Sundays) with two bottles of water, two cans of Coca Cola and Fanta each, a few cans of local beer, and juice and milk carton and this was included for us, too. After our early morning arrival we had to wait about five hours for our villa but we could use the C-Beach Club in the meantime. Plus we got a free upgrade from our booked One-Bedroom Villa to a Three-Bedroom-Villa. The villa (No. 107) was beautiful and we had three bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom (two with bathtub) and aircon as well as two outside showers (one on a balcony, hidden from sight, and one in the garden). Also aircon in the open kitchen/dining/living room area with guest restroom. The pool had a perfect size for us and the peace and quiet (plus nice views) in the area were extremely relaxing. There is a short handover procedure at the beginning and at the end of the stay for the buggy and the villa, which was however reasonable and smooth. It's an understandable process considering you're taking over an electric cart and a house with inventory. Due to a Cyclone Level 3 there was a lockdown on the whole island for one day so that we were confined to our villa for a day and night, but we were well taken care of during the Cyclone: we were kept informed about the situation via WhatsApp and during the storm, when it was still safe, some staff made the way up to the hillside villas to supply us with food and drinks. Not everything was perfect, naturally, but it was almost perfect. It would have been great to have some slippers and bathrobes in the villa, for example, or an in-villa breakfast or dining included in the Gourmet Bliss pack or so. But whenever we addressed something (we didn't address the slippers and bathrobes...) it was taken care of swiftly and without much ado. For example, when I voiced my strong discontent about the Awali's Boma restaurant and its African Night concept (didn't feel exclusive at all and certainly not authentic but rather like ordinary package holiday stuff to me), the manager on site immediately reacted by offering to have a staff member accompany us to the Infinity Blue restaurant for an excellent a la carte dinner. So we left Boma and continued our dinner at the Infinity Blue, which saved the evening. It terms of excursions the Chamarel waterfall and seven-coloured earth is easy to reach from the Heritage The Villas with a taxi. We also did some snorkeling at the reef near the hotel, which was nice, and stand-up paddling (free). Mauritius very much feels like a paradise!
