Die Villa Loggio ist perfekt um herunterzukommen und abzuschalten Die Villa Loggio ist der perfekt Ort um abzuschalten. Etwas abgelegen erreicht man das Anwesen über die ein oder andere Schotterstraße. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und man merkt, dass alles eher familiär geführt wird - das gibt dem ganzen nochmal einen besonderen Touch. Das Essen am Abend ist sehr gut und abwechslungsreich und es wird auch individuell auf Wünsche eingegangen. Man sollte auf jeden Fall den hauseigenen Wein kosten und dabei den Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Beim Frühstück kann man der Sonne beim Aufgeben zu sehen - ein atemberaubender Anblick der zum Verweilen einlädt.

Lovely villa We stayed at Villa Loggio for one night whilst travelling through Italy. The villa had a rustic charm and was beautiful. We had the 4 course dinner with wine pairing which was amazing and we’ll priced. The thing that made the stay was the staff. There is a real family feel and everyone is so accommodating. There are two very well behaved dogs that potter around too! We stayed in the suite which was lovely and spacious. We did struggle to get enough hot water to use the jacuzzi bath which was a shame but other than that, our stay was spot on.

Wonderful & so beautiful What an amazing time we had hete. The grounds are simply breathtaking and the pool is just WOW! The people are very friendly and are very willing to help. It is perfect that you can eat there for dinner. It is a simple meal but very good. We had a huge appartement and it was perfect and it had so many beautiful perks. One was definitely the bathroom. If Ihad to say one thing that good have some improvement it would be the breakfast. This is the same everyday. They could switch it up . We stayed 5 nights, and then that would be nice! But absolutelya MUST visit!! Also; do the Winetasting!!

Wohlfühl-Oase in der Toskana Auf einer Rundreise durch Italien verbrachten wir 5 traumhafte Tage in diesem herrlichen Weingut. Winzern und Inhaberin Sara und das gesamte Team haben uns diesen Aufenthalt zu einem unvergesslichen Teil unseres Urlaubs bereitet. Die wunderschöne Suite im ersten Stock des Hauptgebäudes sucht in dieser Region definitiv Ihresgleichen. Auch kulinarisch gab es jeden Abend neue Köstlichkeiten auszuprobieren. Sara ermöglichte und sogar persönlich eine kleine Weinverkostung und gab uns wertvolle Tipps und Hintergrund-Informationen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Departing from this beautiful Villa we had a fantastic day trip in Pienza, Cortona, Montepulciano and taste the famous Pecorino and visit the beautiful Col di Lamo winery in Montalcino area. We had a great time

Soggiorno bellissimo Bellissima struttura circondata dalle colline della Val di Chiana in cui sentirsi come a casa. Finemente ristrutturata offre poche camere ben arredate e numerosi spazi comuni confortevoli e ricchi di charme. La colazione è ottima e il personale cortese. Il giardino e la piscina sono molto belli, specialmente con il bel tempo (che non ci ha assistito purtroppo come si evince dalle foto). Parcheggio in loco. Unica pecca: la struttura non è ben segnalata dalla strada.

Excellent vineyard with great scenery First of all! I’m going back! The vineyard is really nice in the Tuscan scenery. Great pool area. Owners dogs running around. Really nice place. Awesome wines. A few small drawbacks to not giving them a clean five review: - hard and noicy bed - could easily hear what was going on in other rooms. - lots of wasps during breakfast

Family break This is the ultimate place to relax, set in a secluded spot in Tuscany, off the beaten track. The accommodation is superb and the staff were very friendly and helpful. A key feature is the kitchen facilities giving guests the option to self cater if they so wish. The meals that we had were also of a very high quality, showcasing the very best in Tuscan dining. You can sit outside in the evening enjoying the views and the on site produced Italian wines. I really cannot rate this place highly enough and I can guarantee that your visit will remain in your memories for a very long time.

1 Woche Erholung Das Hotel liegt sehr schön und abgelegen in den Hügeln zwischen Cortona und Montepulciano. Autofahren in der Region ist grundsätzlich kein Problem. Das ein oder andere Schlagloch wird man dennoch antreffen. Parkieren ist bedenkenlos möglich, wir hatten nie das Gefühl wir oder unser Auto sei in Gefahr. Das Hotel ist ist ein Mix zwischen 4 Sterne Hotel und einem B&B und ist tiptop ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind gross und gut gekühlt (mit oder ohne AC kein Problem). Modern eingerichtet mit hohen Räumen. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und mann kann jeweils Lunch und Dinner dort geniessen. Man muss es jedoch anmelden. Wünsche werden berücksichtigt. Ab 30 Euro für das Abendessen ist man dabei. Für die, die gerne kochen gibt es sogar eine voll ausgestattete Küche die man frei benutzen kann. Den Köchinnen Roberta und Patricia gilt es ein spezielles Lob auszusprechen! Wikrlich fabelhafte toskanische Küche. Wir haben jeden Abend dort gegessen und während dem Tag die umliegenden Dörfer und Stätte erkundet. Der Pool ist wunderbar. Optimal zum entspannen bei einem Glas Wein. Leider gibt es nicht genügen Sonnenliegen. So wird es schon mal eng, v.a. wenn Kinder am Pool sind kann die Idylle schnell verfliegen. Das hat uns aber höchstens an einem Tag gestört. Die meisten Gäste bleiben ohnehin nicht länger als 2-3 Nächte. Bereuen nicht länger geblieben zu sein tun dann die meisten. Alles in allem ein genialer Ort um zu entspannen, die toskanische Küche zu geniessen und die umliegenden Wein-Hotspots zu erkunden.

Excellent pool and views Well located between two hill towns, Villa Loggio is a great place to stay for a couple of nights. The staff were friendly and the villa is generally well presented. We had a top floor room that looked towards Cortona. While the room was beautiful, the AC struggled to keep the room cool and given the age of the building the window looking at the view were very small. The room itself was massive with a very comfy bed. Wi-Fi was slow and would stop all together at times. The shower drain could not get the water away quickly enough to use the 6 jets that it had but the bath was magic and great for a soak. We did not go for dinner while there as we weren't sure what we were getting for 30 euros a head. Instead we used the communal kitchen one night which was great as it had the most amazing terrace attached to it and was a good chance to chat to other guests. Breakfast was poor with the bread being ordinary and the orange juice from concentrate. Service was slow during breakfast as well. The pool was excellent and the view from that area were great. A couple of umbrellas would have been great. All round a good stay but missing a little polish in areas.

Amazing Stay Amazing stay. The location is stunning. The service is personalised. Our room was lovely. We were also upgraded which was a lovely surprise. We did a wine tour and tasting at their winery which was excellent. Very informative! The pool is divine. Breakfast was included. I would highly recommend.

Bella location , buono il vino, cibo poteva essere meglio Ci siamo fermati in questa location per un meeting con i clienti. La struttura è bella, soprattutto il panorama e anche la cantina non è male. Ci hanno fatto assaggiare i vari vini, veramente ottimi soprattutto il Sirah del 2013. Sul pranzo onestamente potevano fare di più.

Simply perfect Myself and my fiancée visited Tuscany for the 1st time and couldn’t have been happier with our choice of accommodation at Villa Loggio - we arrived late (around 10:30pm) but had no issues finding it thanks to some sat nav, we were welcomed at reception and offered a complimentary wine of our choice which was well needed after the long drive from Lake Como. Our room (no.3) was large, comfortable and modern but with some original character which was exactly what we were after. Breakfast was lovely and we sat outside in such a lovely setting which was a perfect start to the day. The pool is really nice and well kept and there was such a nice chilled feel about the place - we had dinner there with the wine pairing on our second night and it was lovely and is highly recommended. During our stay we visited the Avignonesi winery which is located 10mins up the road which is also highly recommended We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Loggio, I just wish we could have stayed longer. I hope to return again soon

Tuscan Gem A warm and welcoming’s day was had by all on our trip to Tuscany. My son and daughter-in-law accompanyied my husband and I on this trip. This 1676 estate is the perfect place to relax in luxury with perfect accommodations and exceptional service. We have multiple food allergies and they were well accommodated. The rooms were large and very comfortable boasting views of the Vineyard on site. The bed was beyond comfortable with a large adjacent bath suite. My husband and I are sure to return to one of the most memorable places we’ve stayed in our travels.

Paradise in Tuscany Top location, cosy-chic interior design, luxury, very friendly and helpful staff / owners, great food and vino, perfect atmosphere for couples/friends/families, great for events like weddings, perfectly located between Florence / Roma. We will come again!

Excellent and very beautiful villa and winery We had the most amazing 3 nights here. The hotel is gorgeous and our suite was enormous and very beautiful. Total peace and quiet! And the food offered at night was amazing and would highly recommend with the wine maker Sarah doing a paired menu.

Perfect Perfect. Cozy and a true definition of Tuscany Traveled to Tuscany in September and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. This house was a total of 9 rooms, very cozy, quiet and sweetest staff ever. We were greeted at the entrance. Our bags were taken up to our room (no elevator) we were given a tour of the grounds by the owner of the hotel. Breakfast is served every morning. You can chose to have lunch on site as well as dinner. There are 2 cooks who are adorable. I felt like my nonna was cooking for me everyday. On the 3rd floor there is a community kitchen with access to a terrace. One day we bought cheese and delis from the market stored our groceries in the fridge and had a beautiful dinner on the terrace which has patio furniture. The rooms are spacious. Beds are very comfortable. The entry way to the hotel is the true definition of Tuscany. We were 10 minutes from the city center. We were 20 min from Montipulciano which was amazing to explore. I would stay here in a heartbeat I have already recommended it to friends and family.

Winter beauty Amazing location. Last minute booking. Greeted by 3 friendly dogs. Divine villa. Warm. Spacious rooms. Separate kitchen do you can be self contained. Enourmous space. Lovely wine. Delightful host and family. Close to lots of tuscany treasures

A working winery in the rolling hills of Tuscany In good weather, this location is probably amazing. It rained much of the time we were there, with a lot of mist, so we only got glimpses of the rolling hills. You are most definitely at an active farm. There are dogs running about (friendly) and workers. The pool in a lot of the photos is really lovely, but it's not so much what this place is about. They do a fixed price dinner with a tasting of wines produced here, which is very nice, and the rooms are quite large. But we carried our own heavy suitcases up six flights of stairs to get to our room. This might be a very good place for a small (20 or so) wedding, because there are enough rooms to accommodate a group that size, but it's not an intimate feeling place. The staff was very nice and accommodating. There is not a lot of signage to help you find villa loggio, and once you are there there's not much to tell you where reception is on the property. It feels like the winery and farming came first and the hotel idea came later, kind of an afterthought. In our room, one of the quirky things was that in the shower there was no place to put the soap or shampoo except on the floor of the shower. No soap dish or ledge. Not a deal killer but just kind of unusual. It was that kind of place. It is, however, conveniently located to visit several hill towns, (Cortona, Montepulciano, Siena) without every having to drive more than about an hour to get to one.

Extraordinaria casona en Cortona Una casona antigua cuidadamente restaurada, unas vistas extraordinaria sobre la región y la exquisita atención de Sussane nos harán volver. Cocina casera y el vino cuidado en la presentación y forma. No perdérselo.
