Never dealing with this company again. Called them for a service and complained about it seems like they just cover their own people when it comes to accountability and keeping their business alive. Miss the old management cause this is ridiculous!!!!

Had a frozen pipe burst due to cold weather. They came out on same day. Adrienne was the plumber who took on the job. He performed a phenomenal work that anyone can be proud of. Instead of putting a “band-aid” to the problem, he applied a professional solution. Great price, Great work, Happy customer.
Please do not use Village Plumbing. If you ever do use them and get their employee Hector Rivera bolt your door. Hector came to my house for a clog drain in my bathroom and damaged another pipe in my house. I called Village Plumbing and made them aware and they tried to get me to pay for the damage Hector caused. Finally after numerous calls we agreed that Hector would fix his mistake and not charge. It took Hector 2 weeks to come back kept making excuses why he kept missing the appointments. Hector came to my house 4 times and made the problem worse. We ask for someone else since clearly Hector didn’t know what he was doing. Their dispatcher told me a manager would call. Remind you I’m with no water in my bathroom and kitchen for 2 weeks. Hector came back and caused more damage. Village plumbing still refused to send someone else and tried to get Hector to come back. I refused and they told me this was a problem before Hector came. How does that make sense. So I will see them in court. Village plumbing has been a nightmare. Please stay away from this company
By far one of the best "home services" companies I've dealt with. From the moment I called to the time the work was completed, they were courteous and professional. Response was timely. Their man Adrian had to squeeze into a tight spot to make the repairs, he never complained or displayed any kind attitude. You could tell he was more than competent. The cost was more than fair, but honestly I would have paid more for that level of service. I would definitely recommend them A+
Horrible horrible customer didn’t show up on time when I called after over an hour of waiting called was told plumber is out to lunch jusT wait then the owner got on the phone with a even more disrespectful tone just horrible no matter how cheap utilize someone else
I am very satisfied that I used Queens Village Plumbing. The plumbers name was Alex & he was professional. I had a leak under my kitchen sink.The price was reasonable, and the fact that they are in my community was another reason that I chose them. My neighbor mentioned that she had also used them years ago. I would recommend them to anyone that needed a Plumbing job done
I would Never use this company again! The day the plumber came it was raining heavy. The plumber was asked to remove his shoes so the wet dirt did not track on all over the fully carpeted house; and he refused with an aggressive attitude. When he was told to leave, he slammed the door. Their prices are high and the service is horrible!

Called at 1245pm and they showed up at 108pm. Problem taken care of in under 1 hour. Alex repaired a pipe in a very difficult position without having to remove or damage anything else in the surrounding area.
