Sehr schönes Häuschen Perfekt für zwei! Die Ausstattung, der Pool und die Terrasse haben uns sehr gefallen. Auch die Aussicht war herrlich und der Empfang von Leticia sehr herzlich. Können wir mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Super Zeit Nach 10 Jahren waren wir vom 30.4.2022 - 15.5.2022 wieder auf Tres Almendros. Wir kamen vormittags auf Gran Canaria an und konnten schon mittags in das Haus. Sehr angenehm, wir hätten sonst viele Stunden überbrücken müssen. Iballa hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen, und zur Begrüßung gab es ein tolles Willkommenspaket. Alles, was man braucht, um sich erst einmal verpflegen zu können. Super!! Das Haus ist schön, persönlich und komplett eingerichtet. Genau, wie wir es in Erinnerung hatten, was zeigt, dass es gut und konstant gepflegt wird. Nach einer Woche wurde es nochmals gereinigt und es gab einen Früchtekorb. Super!! Wenn es etwas zu bemängeln gab (ein Sonnenschirmständer am tollen Pool war kaputt), wurde sofort Abhilfe geschaffen. Zum Thema schwierige Zufahrt: Ja, nichts für Fahranfänger, aber machbar. Wir empfehlen allerdings einen Kleinwagen, möglichst mit Automatik. Macht das Anfahren am Berg deutlich einfacher. Wenn es etwas zu verbessern gibt, dann wären leichte, bequeme Gartenstühle schön, um den Halbschatten unter den Mandelbäumen genießen zu können. Die Holzstühle sind schon arg schwer. Das Haus liegt inmitten der wunderschönen Bergwelt Gran Canarias und alles blühte. Einfach toll. Alles in Allem: 5+ Sterne von uns, und noch einmal herzlich Dank an Iballa für ihre vorzügliche Betreuung. Ruth und Ralf

Klein aber fein Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, tolle Lage des Hauses! Kommunikation mit Iballa und Letizia sehr unkompliziert und extrem hilfsbereit. Das Erreichen des Hauses mit dem PKW erfordert etwas Geschick und Mut, geht aber!

Schönes Haus mit allem was es braucht Es hat uns als kleine Familie sehr gut gefallen, im Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wunderschöne Aussicht.

Vollste Zufriedenheit Wir haben uns im schönen Ferienhaus sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Ankunft und auch die Kommunikation während der gesamten Ferien hat immer gut funktioniert und wir konnten unsere Ferientage in vollen Zügen genießen. Das Haus war sehr sauber, wurde auch während des Aufenthaltes einmal komplett gereinigt, und es stand uns alles, was wir brauchten, zur Verfügung. Wir werden bei einer nächsten Gelegenheit auf jedenfalls wieder kommen!

Beautiful Cottage We spent a lovely week on the island in early February, the weather was warm and the views from the cottage were exceptional. We quickly became used to the drive to and from the property but I would recommend nervous drivers to park at the top and walk. The property was spotless, very nice hamper on arrival and a very relaxing place to stay. Perfect for a romantic break.

amazing Beautiful villa. amazing views. This time of year January could have been a little more heating inside the villa for the night time and early morning did feel a bit damp. Outside furniture a bit dated could have done with some more comfortable outside chairs. Not for the faint hearted if taking your vehicle and parking in the drive. My wife kept her eyes shut everytime we went out or returned a bit like the big dipper. On the whole very nice.

Un endroit où passer des vacances en toute quiétude et en même temps assez proche des lieux de visites. A noter aussi, l’extrême gentilesse et la disponibilité de notre hôte. Bref, je vous le recommande!

Ferienhaus mit schöner Aussicht Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht. Freundlicher Empfang durch den Eigentümer mit Begrüßungspaket. Abenteuerliche Anfahrt zum Haus, wir haben unser Auto im Dorf stehen gelassen.

Einfach nur Klasse!!! Wir konnten eine wunderschöne Woche auf Gran Canaria in dieser top Finca verbringen. Das Haus liegt abgelegen in den Bergen und daher ist es sehr ruhig und perfekt für einen Erholungsurlaub. Mit dem Auto ist das Haus gut erreichbar und man ist innerhalb 1h überall auf der Insel. Die Finca ist sehr gut ausgestattet, hat eine super Küche und war sehr sauber. Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft herzlich emfangen und Beatriz hatte uns bereits viele Lebensmittel bereitgestellt für die ersten Tage. Wir genossen die Zeit enorm und würden diese Finca jederzeit wieder buchen.

Lovely property and Iballa looked after us superbly. This is a beautiful property with excellent amenities. The welcome given to us by the lovely Iballa was probably the best we have experienced in all the years of going to self-catering villas. She could not have been more kind and considerate in helping us with our luggage and explaining how the oven and the TV worked (which can often be a problem) as well as recommending wonderful places for us to visit - all of which we enjoyed! The villa was very quiet and secluded, ideal for the rest that we were looking for. We'd love to return during a hotter period of the year!

Very causy and nice house with brilliant view for a wonderful time We spend one week at this beautiful house and we really enjoyed beeing there. We can recommend the house and the outstanding service of Beatrice to everybody. We had a problem to find the house and called Beatrice, she was very nice and helpful and pickud us up in a small town and drove us to the rented house many thanks. In this case we got an instruction how to drive to the house, the last few houndret meters are a little challenge which we only tried once, normally we parked the car up in the town and went by feet to the house. The house is extremly clean, we often do holidays in Spain and that was really the best experience. Furthermore we arrived in the evening, and it was very helpful and welcoming that we find some foods as a present some noodles with tomato sauce, fruits milk coffee and some more things. During our stay, the pool was cleaned by Beatrice and we got some interesting tips what to do discover, thanks for the good tip with the cake, we now see the 6 pieces on the bathroom scale ;-) We can recommend it to everybody, except for handicaped people who have problems in walking. Does exactly what it says on the tin! A lovely"romantic" cottage, hidden away from the hustle & bustle. Presented exactly as described and extremely well equipped. For us, it was just perfect - I particularly liked the challenge of the access road, but appreciate it may not be for everyone! Well done Beatriz!
