Lisa amazingly, from my house spec requirements I sent to her from the UK, managed to find me a most remarkable property in my first house viewing in Portugal - that was a bit scary. Lisa is great. It is difficult for us as Dutch people to imagine that she helps you without charging a fee, but in Portugal it works differently; the seller pays the real estate agent that found a buyer. She gets visible satisfaction from helping you realize your dream in Portugal. She has a wide local (& Portuguese) network and responds quickly. She helped us make our dream a reality and when we are interested in new potential "projects" we always inquire with her first and she has good advice. Even after the purchase, she is willing to help you with matters such as registration / electricity / etc. In short; a great real estate agent!
