Sorry to hear the key didn't activate for you. We've just re-tested it on our side and it's showing as valid, which usually means it's an activation error or user error rather than a faulty key, and those are almost always fixable in a couple of minutes.

Worst service I have ever faced.You did not answer my inquiry about how to get started with you product. I struggled with it. Then I find out that MS office - word, excel, power- point have no icons. All of them look the same.

Your enquiry asked where to find your key, this is answered directly in the contact form so customers don't need to waste time contacting us and waiting for a response. There is also an activation guide on the product page and on your order page next to your key, so it's there whenever you need it.

We supply the licence keys and support everything to do with purchase and activation. How Office itself displays once installed sits with Microsoft, and their support team can resolve that quickly. If anything is still outstanding on your key or activation, email us with your order number and we'll deal with it.

License keys no good Had to reinstall Offive 2024 after I had to reinstall Windows 11. Office 2024 license key purchased from these people no longer worked. They ended up sending me three more keys. After spending hours with Microsoft support on my PC with me they told me that all of the keys Vevo gave me had no more activations left on them. So I'm out the money and even though in control panel it says I have Office 2024 installed each application shows Office 2021 the previous version I had installed. Microsoft confirmed to me that I only have 2021.

Hi Marc,

If Office is still showing as Office 2021, entering a new licence key alone will not change the installed version. This usually means Office 2021 was not fully removed before Office 2024 was installed, which can cause the two versions to conflict.

Regarding the licence key, your purchase was made over one year ago and the licence was for one PC, which was activated at the time of purchase. Reinstalling Windows removes the local licence files, so a new key would be required for activation after that.

Although the original licence had already been used, we also provided two additional working keys as a goodwill gesture.
