Hi Jaya,

Our support team replied to your message promptly. A 5 day license does not exist so it is impossible for this issue to be cause by the key, only a perpetual license exists for Project 2024, there Is no such thing as a trial key. We explained how this could happen, such as having a pre-existing trial installed on your machine and not installing correctly as per the installation guide.

Purchase of Microsoft Office 2021 Very, Very poor service. They give you a phone # to call but the number is not in service. They email and say they do not give technical support over the phone. Their product Key that they sent me will not work but they tell me to see the instructions page. I email and tell them I can not get the program to accept ant input. They Ignore me. THIS company offers very poor service and maybe a SCAM.

We have already offered a full refund because beyond the step-by-step activation guide (which has worked for everyone else for many years) provided with your order, I am not sure how else to help someone who is not computer literate (your own statement). Your issue is down to the user and that in no way makes this a "SCAM".
