I cant say enough about how great Veritex Bank is! They are very detailed oriented and top notch with everyone i have ever dealt with. I have a couple of business acounts as well as my person accounts with them. If a client ever writes me an insufficient funds check, they always call me to tell me ASAP. That is so customer oriented and way better than finding out by mail days later. I could go into many reasons why they are so great! Please dont change!

I have been on hold for 37 minutes so far, trying to talk to bank about a compromised card THEY CALLED ME ABOUT!!!! Time to switch all our money over to Bank of America!!!!

I highly recommend the Garland branch for their customer service and dedication for their clients. I was having some issues with setting up online direct deposit. I can’t recommend Veritex Community Bank in Richardson enough! Taylor Dang, the branch manager, is absolutely outstanding. She is always professional, conscientious, and incredibly helpful. Every interaction I’ve had with her has been consistently friendly and positive.
Taylor and her team go above and beyond to support all aspects of my financial needs. Their customer service is top-notch, and it’s clear that they truly care about their clients.

You know what is really great? I still have a bank in my neighborhood where they know me and my specific needs.
The banking staff at Veritex has LaSundra Griggs on their team and I think she epitomizes what a "personal banker" used to be and still is!
With Leon Bircher and LaSundra Griggs serving my banking needs, I know my money is safe and growing!
Beware. Do NOT use this bank. They cannot find my money. They claim that they sent it to the state but the state unclaimed property website does not show that they did. I cannot locate my money and Veritex Bank on Preston Rd. will not help fix this. I have never left a bad review but this is totally unacceptable.

Every single time I engage with the Frisco branch of Vertex bank I get top-tier service from Sandya! She is my banker and has been with me from the very beginning of my journey to open business accounts and start my LLC.
She provided me with expert service with a smile, always kind and friendly, spending extra time with me to understand my business so that she could help me in the best way possible.
Every person that I have met at this bank has been so helpful. I can’t imagine banking anywhere else. I hope with the merger we retain the same community feel and have the opportunity to engage with the same wonderful people at this branch.

Taylor Dang has to be one the most helpful people I have ever met. She actively works to keep you business and gives informed information so you can make the correct decision. I am very happy I switched from Capital One where the service was nonexistent! She is a great person and you will not be sorry if you decide to bank here!

Another incredible and great experience with Veritex bank!!! Long story short, I was with Lending Club and connected with Veritex. I was hacked (it appears to be Lending Club). Several of your employees have gone way out of their way to help me work through this nightmare. Shay, Christina Velez and now Justin Fonseca in Digital Banking earned a top rating with me. To top this off, I just received a welcome call from Ana Robles (Branch Manager of the Cedar Crest location)!!! You all are incredible. Thank you!! I am now a very satisfied customer dealing directly with Veritex and will continue to use Veritex as one of my primary banking sources.
