My review is very similar to one of the people below. These people approached me at an event and said they had NO WAIT LIST at home ABA services. They called me every day to fill out the required paper work and once everything was completed; never heard back . They also claimed an “insurance issue” with me which was 100% a lie. I’ve been waiting for almost a year to start and called today and was told we’re still on the list, not even close Again; these people APPROACHED ME. I’m almost postive it was at playapalooza. If your list is so long and can’t even help the kids you have waiting , why are you approaching new people ?
I completed their intake form twice. In the beginning they would reach out until the form was completed but after that there was no response. I called several times for summer camps and regular classes but despite several calls, no one called me back. They kept saying so and so was unavailable and will call back as soon as they are able to but nothing. I understand that you may not have availability that is fine but communication is the least that you can do. A little empathy and compassion goes a long way-- especially for families for kids with autism.
