I haven’t purchased a golf cart from here. But my husband did purchase a car from Ken Arrington the Chief Sales Officer. I’m writing this review because I think the public has a right to know that he lacks integrity and is a con man! He sold my husband an overpriced BMW over Facebook marketplace. Claiming he wouldn’t go down in price because it was in “mint condition”. What he failed to disclose, but I’m sure knew was that the following things were/are wrong with the car: it needs new motor mounts, the back-up camera is damaged, the motor in the convertible is burned out and needs replacing and the back tire was damaged. $12k of work quoted to us by the BMW dealership. For the “mint” condition car! And you know how I know he knew this? Because he would only message me on FB marketplace- no calling or texting, he would only take cash, his name wasn’t on the title and as soon as we bought it, he erased the activity on FB marketplace so I was unable to review him there. Be very, very weary if you deal with this crooked businessman!

DO NOT BUY VENOM I bought a 4 seater. 2 and 2 from Venom. The company tells you that you have a 3 year warranty on the product and battery. I have had the cart approximately 2 years and the battery is now no longer holding a charge. The charge used to get approximately 28-30 miles and now it only get 8-10 miles per charge. The cart top speed was 33 mph and now thr top speed is 24 mph. After taking the cart in they said sorry they could not get the replacement parts so they could not fulfill their warranty. After questioning they said I could pay for an upgrade or purchase a new cart. The upgrade is additional 2K and they said "we won't offer you anything as a trade in value bc of the problem, if we did offer the price would be disrespectful. " Now I have a cart in the garage that is worthless and I can not sell to anyone in good faith. It is still under warranty and the company won't repair, replace, or even give best trade in value for new one.

I have to assume Venom-EV is struggling financially due to the fact that they have owed our company money for warranty work that we performed on their carts. We paid our employees to do this work and 8 months ago Zach ended our contract and promised my husband that we would be paid for every warranty job that we had done since our last order. We had been strung along for months and were told we would be paid in the beginning of January 2025 for all warranty work we did. It is now the middle of May. They have not returned our calls, texts & emails. So either this is a poorly run company that doesn’t pay their debts for work performed on their carts or they are struggling financially. We have been nice, professional and courteous in asking a multitude of times for our money.

I bought my 2025 Venom-EV Strike 6L about 4 months ago and have put almost 1500 miles on it! I love this thing! I opted for the street legal option completed by my local dealer because my city is extremely golf cart friendly downtown and along the beach. I literally haven’t driven my car in over a month. It’s so much easier and more fun to just hop on the cart to run errands, go out to dinner, etc! The factory lift kit, underglow lights, stereo with Apple CarPlay, and super luxury seats sold me on the Venom brand. This thing has ALL the bells and whistles and puts all the normal golf carts to shame on the streets of Naples, FL!

Being a dealer who sells around 2,000 units a year I can unequivocally endorse VenomEV as the industry leader in LSV’s. The cart is phenomenal, sells itself mostly, but the “special sauce” is the people. I’ve never felt this level of dealer support or immediate parts availability and technical support/knowledge. You can tell the owners listen to their dealers.
