Never buy from Venera again I've always enjoyed the Venera product from local stores, decided to try a Black Friday sale by going direct and GOT BURNED ! These buggers charged my card, sent an email a few days later saying I would get a refund....2 weeks later, nothing ! Ties to AVA Distribution, Some dude named Scot Isaac ? I'm about to call my CC company and they will backcharge these ripoff artists.

poor shipping and bad inventory never got my order. it is stuck in pre shipment and there is no way to contact the company. i ordered on the black Friday sale, I got a tracking number and then thought hey I may as well order another time since things are cheaper, that order was canceled right away due to stock not being there, so that was never even picked, i understand that, but to send me tracking that stays in pre shipment is not how you win my business, I will bring my money to other trusted businesses as this place is not one of them,.

Scam Venera scam me ! Sent me $60 worth of the most trashy hash holes . Taste like they been sitting for years . I tried to return no body reached out , I contacted them through to emails . And at this point they know what they did because I’m not getting any answers. If I was able to , I would sue them rn !

I was ripped off I did not receive my order and customer service doesn’t respond, and I’ve been emailing for a week. I guess I lost my money. Stay away from this place, there’s a lot of honest vendors that deserve your money.

Extremely inconsistent I've shopped with venera idk how many times at this point and they're so inconsistent in every aspect. I ordered 7 grams with faster shipping on January 19th and they still haven't shipped my package and it's now January the 28th. I'm very upset and I've come to realize their customers service is so bad, this is day 4 of me trying to get them to reply to me and it's so annoying and ridiculous having sent the emails and yet it feels like they just ignore them. They've done similar stuff with me before and it's so unbelievably inconvenient and infuriating. These people are garbage

THC-A Exotic Shake I purchased the THC-A Exotic Shake, 28g. I am TOTALLY impressed, if not blown away, by the quality of this shake. This shake is LOADED with nuggets... literally 3/4 of what I received was nuggets. The THC-A Exotic Shake smokes smoothly and has a lot of terpenes...and the buzz is as good as the street stuff I was smoking which cost MUCH MORE. I will be a FOREVER customer of The Venera Factory.

Did not receive order!!! Placed order on 3/31/24. Order #12169 Never recieved email confirmation. $140.00 was pulled from my checking account the next day. I have emailed them, wrote a few messages on vanerafactory.com and have not received my products as of 4/10/24. Guess all the 5 star reviews are fake... Do not trust them!! Save yourself the grief and cash and shop elsewhere. I will be contacting my bank shortly to get my money back.
