Don't order from this company I ordered two dresses from vencano and only received one dress. They kept telling me lies that the dress would be delivered. I asked for a refund which never happened. Don't waste your money with this crooked company

Damaged and open packaged I ordered from Vencano and when I got my package it was left on my doorstep opened and damaged and only 3 items were in there when I ordered 6. That was in June 2022 and I have been going back and forth with this company to refund my money for the 3 items I did not receive. I have yet to get my money back and they are being very uncooperative. I really like their clothing but that will be the last time I ever order from them.

Holy dress I ordered a grey summer dress in Jan 2022 to wear on a trip April 2022. The dress came and it is blue, not ugly blue but blue nevertheless. I figured oh well with the way delivery has been these past few years I couldn't chance sending it back so I kept it. Well once I was on my trip, I put it on and has a hole in it on one of the feathers which I didn't notice when I first looked at it and because it's on the feather it's not real noticeable but imagine showing up at a Sandals for an event and you notice a hole in your dress. I will never order from this place again. First off you had grey dress on the bag it was in so you knew that it wasn't the right color and secondly when sewing and putting it together you knew it had a hole.

Sorry service orders have not arrived it's been over 2 months I have paid they have taken it out of my account and it has been over almost 2 months and I still have not received my purchases had 4 different orders I received one and have not received the other three and when I called and let them know they are now telling me that they cannot do anything except give me a coupon or reimburse me for half of what I paid for these items because it's on this end that the issue is and I'm not getting anywhere with them and I have not received my items as over $200 that I've blown with this company I will never order from them again they are ridiculous and incompetent and their clothings are cheap I urge everyone to stay away I will never order anything from them again I am so frustrated and pissed off

VENCANO is a ROGUE organisation. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING Order hasn't arrived. They said it had been delivered I have cameras and know it hasn't been. They then give a number and say it is the tracking no for Royal Mail. It isn't. It is not recognised. I am going to advise PAYPALl they are rogues.

Disgusting fraudulent company, shouldn't be operating in UK. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY I do not even want to award 1 star! I was offered a discount to buy more of their cheap and nasty tap. The sweater I ordered was made of nylon, so awful it literally made my hair stand on end with static electricity. I was like a magnet to hair, dust etc and literally couldn't stand to wear this awful garment. "Oversized" is a joke- It was big enough to fit my whole family! The company "kindly" offered me the discount and suggetsed I "gift" the item to a member of my family or a friend as the cost of shipping it back (at MY expense) would exceed it's value. I have been in a dispute with them and PayPal eversince. Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. This is the second company, based in China that has done this and it is only when you have paid for the item and they have your money that you are made aware of the "Shipping" from overseas information.

I will try to work with paypal to get the refund.

REFUND I purchased a top on 11-15-21. Within minutes I remembered a bill that I needed to pay and canceled the order. Canceled within 20 minutes. They took the money out immediately. I've been waiting for my refund for a month and when I check on it I get a message that says they know I've canceled it and to be patient. It's ridiculous. I just want my money back.

ABSOLUTELY GROSS! I ordered a Grinch shirt almost two months ago. It looks nothing like the style in the pic and doesnt fit properly but Im not complaining about any of that! I have been ordering stuff online for almost 20 years and this is the first time I received something close to soaking wet (sealed inside the plastic bag) with the tag peeling it was so wet and had stains all over the front. I dont even know what they are! It looks like an orange colour! As soon as I touched it I almost got sick! This is absolutely DISGUSTING TO ME! Apparently, I dont qualify for those WORRY FREE RETURNS as stated on their page and they removed my review RIGHT AWAY! Dont buy here! Just GROSS!

Great product! I purchased 2 sweaters and then read the reviews and was super worried! I'm sorry so many people had a bad experience but I have no complaints, great communication from the company about a delay in delivery but still received sweaters by delivery date and received a 20% off coupon from them for the delay. Sweaters look exactly like pictured... will definitely be ordering from them again!

Scam artists Worst experience ever. Ordered a pool/lake floating mat. Two months later I received a cheap child's top. Since then I've been trying to get my money back. They said they were unable to refund the full amount but only could do 80 per cent. 4 weeks later still haven't seen a dime. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these guys. Wish I looked at the reviews first. I reported to BBB and plan to report to other agencies.

Return Vencano puts you through hoops to return an item. Once you have submitted all details the company still does not send a shipping label. The item I purchased did not look as it was display. I did not wear nor will I wear it and wanted to return it. The return policy is false and I would highly recommend not buying from this company. Stick with reputable companies you trust

DO NOT SHOP WITH VENCANO I placed an order 9/27/21, I did not receive the merchandise until 10/30/21. The order was incorrect and merchandise was subpar, very cheap. Website pictures are deceiving. I returned it on 114/21, it was signed for 11/8/21. The rejected my refund stating it was over 30 days which it was not. They also kept my merchandise. I will never shop there again and highly discourage anyone else to.
