Hai Ranjith,
Went through your review. The costing given for developed styles were from Fresh Yarn to Pack costing. If we do it with market available Yarns, we will be able to acheive a better price but that will not help brands to scale up in quality aspect. For that reason we avoid the later process and follow Fresh Yarn to Pack method. Incase any further clarification is needed do mail us or ping us through WhatsApp.

Quality is great. Only thing is it takes so much time for the delivery. India to Europe took 10 days for me to receive my order. Should plan prior for further orders.

The process is good. Like the products and quality and the convenience of being able to see the samples and confirming the patern and sizes.
Communicating has also not been so tough even though it is online only.
And the support has been good from your side.
One thing i d like to say is that it took quite long for the entire process to finish. As we placed the order 3 months back. So for future orders and reorders, just if this thing is solved then it d be great. Taking this long for the orders to receive can get tough to manage things so.
