Bas Busselaar heeft het volledige verkooptraject van het appartement van mijn wijlen vader in Haarlem verzorgd. Uitstekende service en kennis van de markt. Appartement is uiteindelijk op zijn advies in de originele staat per inschrijving verkocht en heeft ruim boven de vraagprijs opgebracht. Ik kan Bas dus van harte aanbevelen.

Na bijna twee jaar zoeken en talloze teleurstellingen, kregen we uiteindelijk van Patricia Bosma de gouden tip om ons op de markt te begeven. Binnen 48 uur hebben we het huis gevonden en gekocht waar we niet alleen via Patricia veel over wisten, maar waarbij we ook nog eens een zeer scherpe prijs hebben weten te onderhandelen - en dat in de huidige marktomstandigheden! Met mijn huidige inzichten kan ik iedereen op voorhand adviseren om contact op te nemen met Patricia Bosma van Vanhuyse om aanzienlijk wat tijd, energie en geld te besparen!

Patricia is een vertrouwens wekkende persoon en om die reden hebben wij haar niet alleen een maar direct drie woningen gegeven om te verkopen
Zij heeft dit vol vuur en inzet gedaan.
En met het gewenste resultaat want de woningen zijn snel verkocht ; zelf sneller dan de omliggende woningen in de directe omgeving.
Ze is zeer communicatief. Ze geeft geeft na elke bezichtiging feedback en reageert snel op email en app
Patricia stelt zich flexibel op naar zowel ons als verkopers als naar de kijkers en potentiele kopers van de woningen
Ondanks het feit dat de woningen ver uit elkaar lagen ( driebergen utrecht en Rotterdam) nam zij de opdracht aan, wat ons een aanspreekpunt gaf .
Zij is enthousiast en geeft zich 100% naar ons als verkopers en naar de kijkers
Haar zgn aftersales is heel bijzonder en attent

Oldrik from VanHuyse rentals was amazing in helping us find an apartment to rent in Rotterdam! He was incredibly polite, kind, professional and helpful throughout the whole process, maintaining steady and consistent communication both via Email and on the phone, always ready to answer all and any questions. The rental process ran incredibly smoothly and was completed in less than a week! This was especially appreciated by us as two students, because all other agencies we tried to contact in the Rotterdam area were almost rude when hearing this detail and did not want to help us any further with our search, even though we met their rental requirements on paper. I would therefore like to further commend Oldrik for all his help and treating us so respectfully. This clearly sets VanHuyse rentals above other Dutch rental services currently, and we would definitely recommend reaching out to Oldrik for anyone needing assistance on the housing market!

De samenwerking met Patricia was buiten gewoon goed, we hebben ons droomhuis gevonden door haar expertise en netwerken. Ze speelde een zeer belangrijke rol in de verkoop van ons huis . Door haar inzichten , vaardigheden en kennis van de markt, kregen wij een zeer goede prijs voor onze oude woning. Patricia had het hele proces in haar greep en kon ze ons ook professioneel advies geven hoe we de styling van onze oude woning moeste doen. Haar advies en tips waren van cruciaal belang voor het krijgen van de meest optimale prijs voor de woning. Op de momenten dat wij erdoor zaten kon ze ons weer motiveren , haar betrokkenheid ging verder dan alleen maar makelaarsdiensten. Mijn ervaring met VanHuyse makelaars is mij ontzettend goed bevallen! Duidelijke en heldere communicatie. Alle documenten werden correct en zeer snel aangeleverd.
