Went back for my second appointment touch-up and somehow the results keep getting better.
The lift is holding beautifully — jawline still sculpted, neck smooth, and the nasolabial folds that used to bother me are basically a non-issue now. My skin looks even more refined this time: brighter tone, smoother texture, that healthy glow that makes people ask what you’ve been doing differently.
Hairline stimulation is also kicking in — little signs of thickness coming through where it used to feel sparse.

I visited Vancouver Medi Spa about two months ago for a facial treatment. After the treatment, I developed burn marks on my face, which I never had before.
When I showed these burn marks to the staff and explained my concern, one of the ladies working there completely refused to accept responsibility. I even showed them before and after photos, clearly proving that these marks appeared only after the treatment.
Instead of handling the situation professionally, she started raising her voice at me and behaved in a very rude and unprofessional manner, insisting that the burns were not caused by their treatment.
As a client, this kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. Not only did I suffer physical damage, but I also experienced significant mental stress due to how the situation was handled.
I simply expected accountability and respectful communication, but unfortunately, neither was provided.

I had a very disappointing experience at this place. I went in for a service after being promised specific results. Unfortunately, the results I was assured of were not achieved at all.
After spending almost $400, I calmly and politely shared my concern that I did not see the promised results. Instead of handling my feedback professionally, the lady who provided the service became defensive and aggressive. She started using very rude and inappropriate language, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and disrespected.
After this, when I continued to explain my concern politely, she herself repeatedly started saying, “I will give you a refund, I’ll give you a refund,” multiple times. After hearing this around 10 times, I finally agreed.
However, instead of making the process easy, I was told to come in person. I requested an e-transfer, but she refused and insisted on cash only. Because of this, I had to travel for almost 3 hours in total just to collect the refund.
Despite calling me all the way there, she did not show up herself and I was not given the refund at all. This entire experience felt extremely misleading, emotionally draining, and unprofessional.
I would not recommend this place to anyone who expects honesty, respectful communication, transparency about results, and professional handling of client concerns.
