Great experience. We were greeted at the airport and immediately shown to our vehicle and driver. The greeter took my wife's and son's luggage and showed us to the van. He then got us us beverages and off we went. The driver was very friendly and shared a lot of good information on the area and places to go, etc. He was also kind enough to stop at an ATM for us. The return trip from the resort was the same. The driver was there on time and immediately took our luggage and was very friendly and professional. The vehicles were spotless and very comfortable. Vallarta Transfers will got our business every time we come to Puerto Vallarta.

We booked this service to take us from our hotel in Puerto Vallarta to Le Kliff Restaurant and back. Angelo our driver met us out front of our hotel Drive us 45 minutes to Le Kliff took a few photos explained all about Puerto Vallarta as he was born and raised there. Then after dinner Drive us back to the hotel. Angelo was amazing and we cannot recommend him enough. If you need transportation while in Puerto Vallarta this is extremely safe and priced just right. They will take you anywhere you need to go just email them and ask for Angelo as your driver!!!

I scheduled a private car round trip from the Puerto Vallarta airport to our hotel 40 minutes away after reading the reviews here and I was not disappointed! I got an instant confirmation with very detailed and helpful instructions. Pick at the airport was a breeze! They had a sign with our name and we were surprised to see the very large comfortable van waiting for us instead of a car. Angelo was great on the long ride to our hotel and returned for us on time. The return trip was delightful as well. This is a very reliable company with excellent service all around! We will definitely book again when we return.

I have traveled to Puerto Vallarta many times and I love this company! Had a large and small group use transfers and they worked perfectly, very easy to reserve! The Mercedes Benz van was extremely clean and everyone loved it the moment it pulled up. Easy finding the gentlemen holding a sign with our name on it - With chilled beers and water waiting for us - so easy! Being a travel advisor - I highly recommend using this very reliable company.

This company accommodated my entire family, 20 of us! with a Mercedes Van and a Sprinter. Not only were they understanding when we called to inform of our flight delay, but they were on time waiting for all of us. They placed our luggage in the vehicles and offered us cold drinks. We used them for round trip and again, they arrived just on time to pick all of us up from the hotel. I highly recommend them!! Very courteous and professional. Vehicles were clean and spacious.
This is a great transportation company in Puerto Vallarta! The vans and vehicles are very clean and they typically greet you with water or a beer. We used Vallarta transfers & incentives for our group of six for pick up at airport to hotel then again from hotel to airport. The driver was waiting for us outside holding a sign with my name on it. We were transferred in a beautiful, private (just our group) passenger van (new Mercedes) with ice cold beer and water waiting for us in a cooler. The driver was friendly and helped load all our luggage into the van at the airport then off the van once at the hotel. The ride back was also a pleasant and reliable experience. Very trustworthy service. Can’t beat the rate either. Highly recommend.

We had an opportunity to visit Puerto Vallarta from 01-06JUN21 hosting our family and friends totaling 32 people in all. Vallarta Transfers and Incentives' service was nothing short of outstanding!!!
We worked out a package deal with them where they did our round trip pickup from the airport to the hotel and back, round trip transportation to and from our 2 zip lines excursions, and round trip transportation to and from the Clinic for our required Covid testing before returning to the US all executed on time every time!!!
Their drivers Marco, Lalo, Salvio, and with Edith working the phone lines to help coordinate and accommodate our everchanging schedule for pickups and drops offs due to prolonged excursions, every changing clinic appointment hours to get our Covid testing done prior to returning to the States.
All these aforementioned individuals were extremely customer service oriented and went "ABOVE AND BEYOND" to meet our needs!!! And they did this each and every time with and "EXTREMLY CLEAN and SANTIZED A/C VEHICLES" all done with an extremely courteous and friendly attitude with cold water and/or beers in hand to greet you!!
We also actually compared their price points with other Puerto Vallarta vendors and their price points were extremely competitive at the outset. Initially we were just going to use their services for our transportation purposes to and from our excursions but by bundling all our multiple trips altogether (remember we had 32 people in our party), we got a fair and more cost effective deal and they executed it all almost flawlessly on time every time!!!
Vallarta Transfers and Incentives has our "highest personal recommendation" as your "go to" vendor when visiting Puerto Vallarta!!! Bundle up all your transportation needs and go to them as your 1-stop vendor.....you'll love them!!!

Our driver waited for us when we were delayed in customs. She helped us with our luggage and greeted us with cold drinks. We had a great conversation on our drive to our hotel. I definitely would recommend this company if you need prompt and friendly service in Puerto or Nuevo Vallarta.

If you want to be stressed out and get into a car accident.
I have been through PVR over 10 times and know the deal with taxis and transportation. I hired this company because of their good reviews and customized service. I was just picked up and I am actually still in the car on my way to my hotel (The Conrad Punta Mita) but felt compelled to write a review. I paid $189 for round trip private sedan transportation through this company. What I got was far below the pleasant experiences that have been written here. I spent 20 minutes hunting down the person holding my name (she had 12 or so names all together on a sign and was around the corner from the main exit). When I finally got into the car it was a taxi that was not affiliated with Puerto Vallarta Transportation. He did not say one word to me during the 45 min drive and I kid you not, we almost rear ended a big truck!
This was not a good experience. Arrange transportation through your hotel. It’s nicer, less stressful, and honestly cheaper than these yahoos. I already sent an email canceling my return trip and will let you know if I get a refund for it. NOT the way you want to start your first vacation post COVID!
