The receptionist were very pleasant and kind.
I will honestly go back just for Danna.
Her hands are magical!
My facial experience was out of this world.
She is super informative on skincare too.
Huma did my full body deep tissue massage with hot stones, omg ššš.
Liza did my manicure and pedicure.
She is such a sweet lady.

Not a great experience. I came in for a gel mani and pedi. I made an appointment but still had to wait thirty minutes for a technician to become available. I also had to wait over thirty minutes in the middle of the appointment for a gel machine to become available, so the entire appointment was an hour longer than expected. The mani and pedi was rushed and lazy - the technician left a ton of dead skin and cuticles, I had to do a lot of cleaning up myself when I got home. The polish job was also jagged and patchy. Photos were taken right after I left. Would not recommend for nails.
I first came to this spa via Class pass about 2 years ago and have been coming back ever since even after canceling class pass. Has to be one of the best spas in the city due to the environment, professional and skilled staff coupled with affordable prices.
Highly recommend to anyone looking to pamper themselves.

Found this spa on Groupon, due to the good reviews, price & same-day availability I decided to give them a try. I purchased the 60 min massage + mani + pedi combo for $95.
My massage was really amazing, it felt longer than an hour. My masseuse ( I forgot to ask her name) did a good job of applying pressure where it was needed & eased up at my request. I donāt think she left anything undone.
After was the gel mani/pedi ($40 extra) which I would have preferred to be done first since I was sleepy from the massage. My nail tech, Liza did a good job but I was not WOWed by the service. She seemed a bit irritated when I sat down for my pedicure but warmed up by the time we got to the mani.
All in all I paid an additional $125 w/ all the add-ons, taxes, and tip.
(Gel $40, Gel removal $10, CBD Oil for massage $20, $30 tip, and $25 taxes/fees. Total: $220.) Keep in mind they will try to upsell at check-in which takes away from the relaxation you go there for.
I would return solely for the massage. I can get a gel mani/ pedi anywhere.

I had a lovely experience at Vada Spa on 6th Avenue in Manhattan. My appointment was for a haircut, and wash and blow dry . My stylist was Isabelle. She is terrific ! Not only is she skilled at everything she did she LISTENED when I told her what I wanted and how I wanted it done and she did not try to push me to get procedures I did not want or need. The result was a good haircut and a beautiful blow out including using a curling iron to style my hair exactly the way I requested !
The workers came off as aggressive but the main issue was that I initially ordered a Groupon which I spent $40 on gel manicure and then I messaged the lady asking if she could do a certain design and she said yes and that it would be a 30 extra dollar design and I said that it would be fine and when I went in the salon, the lady said that she could not do the design and I paid 70 extra dollars for a simple design even though the initial design which was more complicated with $30. secondly the gel started coming off not even a week later which was very upsetting considering the fact I spent a lot of money on not very good quality gel. My nails also started breaking and chipping and the extensions started coming off too, which was very annoying and after I called the nail lady asking her for a refill and she said in order for me to refill properly Iād have to be an additional fee, which is so upsetting, considering the fact that I spent so much money and not even a week later they started coming off. i do not recommend this place, especially if you want to spend your money wisely.

Normally I go to cheapie massage spots so I was a little anxious and hoping this place wasnāt too pretentious. The staff is super nice and pleasant. My manicurist Adrianna was skilled and fast. My waxer Leeza was so sweet and she was very precise with my brows. Now to why I came- the massage. The room was super clean. Massage bed was heated and cozy. The music was soothing. I was relaxed before my therapist even came in the room.I opted for the CBD oil. Definitely try this. It was an extra $20 and I would get it again. My therapist Dinaro was the star of my visit. I got the deep tissue massage and the pressure was just right. She really knows how to get to the knots and work them out. I loved my massage. I will come again And treat my husband. Vada was the relaxation that Iāve been needing for weeks.

I cant believe I fell and strained my ankle and was in excruciating pain and they in stead of making sure im ok ior get me proper help they insisted for me to pay for their lain job anyways. A law suit should be filed very unprofessional and unemplathetic and stupid to ask for money when I can walk after falling
I originally purchased a Groupon for a Swedish massage at Vada Spa. When I called to book, I specifically asked about adding a lymphatic massage. Instead, I was upsold over the phone to include hot stones and deep tissue.
When I arrived for my appointment, the manager couldnāt even confirm what services I was scheduled for, which was already a red flag.
I ended up receiving services from two different massage therapists, but both massages felt exactly the sameājust oil being rubbed on my body and wiped off with a warm towel. There was nothing that resembled a proper lymphatic massage, which I was specifically seeking for health reasons.
After the service, I expressed my concerns to the receptionist and explained that Iāve had massages at other places before, and this was not lymphatic work. I paid about $250 in total and feel like I got nothing but a basic oil rub.
No one took accountability, and my request for a refund was ignored. On top of that, I was charged a $25 cancellation fee when I tried to adjust my appointmentāeven though I was told Groupon bookings follow a different process.
Customer service was extremely unprofessional. They were quick to upsell and charge fees but did not deliver quality service.
As a single mom working full-time, I was really looking forward to this for my health and relaxation, and I left feeling disappointed and taken advantage of. I also had to wait 10ā15 minutes past my 5:30 PM appointment time, and no one followed up with me after saying a manager would reach out.
Overall, a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend
This was my first time ever getting a facial, and I absolutely loved it! The ambience was so peaceful and welcoming. It instantly put me at ease. The whole experience felt luxurious and relaxing, and my skin has never felt this soft and refreshed. The esthetician(Bella) was gentle, professional, and explained everything, which made me feel really comfortable. Iāll definitely be back and highly recommend!
